This house absolutely fit all of our family needs, and the owners did not miss out on providing anything. Upon arrival, the house was clean, beds made, and towels were provided placed neatly on all beds. Anything you could possibly need was provided by the owners we totally enjoyed the use of the pool and the outdoor space. Definitely this is a house to rent.

We had a fabulous time at Jessi's house. We were there for an adult cousin family reunion. My husband and I stayed at Jessi's house along with two cousin family members. It was just perfect for us. The location is central to any activity/city in the Cape. The amenities were second to none. The kitchen had everything we could imagine. My husband swam every day in the beautiful pool. We had coffee outside each morning on one of the many deck areas. Perfection!!!

We had a wonderful week at Casa de Cod! It's a tossup between what was better about our stay, the lovely home or the gracious hosts!! The comfy cozy home is adorably decorated, neat, organized and stocked with necessities. It's conveniently situated in an amazing location, giving easy access to any cape destination. We were able to safely access the bike trail with our kids. We enjoyed the bball hoop and other games that we found in the house. And the heated pool, outdoor shower and fire pit were a perfect way to end each day. The hosts were warm and generous from the moment we booked. Jessi replied to me by phone and email, giving me insider details like where to find free parking and what to do in Provincetown. Before our arrival, Ralph got in touch and continued to be responsive throughout the week regarding practicalities. They even set out welcome gifts for us. They were very accommodating for our vacation needs. We feel so fortunate that we found this gem!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Casa de Cod. The house is in a great location for exploring the Cape, and comes equipped with everything you could need. We have two young kids who absolutely loved the pool (their highlight of the trip!). Ralph and Jessi were great hosts, very responsive and incredibly thoughtful. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Casa de Cod. Everything was perfect - the home was clean and comfortable with outstanding amenities. The pool was awesome and outdoor shower may be the best one I've ever used! Everyone in the group noted that the beds were extremely comfortable. In addition to the amenities, the location is great - it's nestled in a quiet cul de sac but also right off Rt. 6 making it easy to get most anywhere on the Cape for day trips. The homeowners were very communicative and checked in to ensure we were having a great time. We are already looking forward to returning!

Ralph and Jessie have spared NO expense in making this "Air B&B" a true getaway. No detail is missing. We would definitely stay again!!!!!

What a lovely and well-appointed home! We were impressed with everything about it. We were immediately struck by the level of cleanliness - exceptional! Then you had everything from Q-tips to comfortable beds and even coffee pods! (And that is the short list!) The beauty of the area is unsurpassed. We are having a lovely time and have found many wonderful things to see including the Sandwich Glass Museum (with glass blowing demonstration.), the cute town of Chatham and of course Nantucket - all conveniently located here. Thank you for the beautiful holiday! We would love to come back in the summer when the pool is open!

We had a wonderful time at Ralph and Jessi's beautiful home. The house is really well located and allowed us to access everything conveniently. The house had everything we needed and more! I wanted to take the time to also thank them both again for a flawless their flexibility! I would highly recommend!

We had an incredible week at Casa de Cod. Jessi and Ralph really did think of everything. The pool and backyard feels like a resort. We used the pool every day. There were pool toys, floaties and even an outdoor shower. The house was perfect for us and my kids loved the bunk beds, games, books. Beds were comfortable. Everything in the house was top notch. Everything you may need is there. We traveled with our 10 month old baby. And everything I needed for her was there. Need help with cape cod information or recommendations? We had a great time. The well heated pool was fantastic and clean. Pool area had multiple seating areas and a fire pit that made for great evenings outside. House was a great size and was loaded with lots of games and books for rainy days. We appreciated having a well-stocked kitchen that basically had everything we needed except the actual food.

We've always owned on the Cape so as first time renters we were a little nervous. The backyard was like a private resort. Pool is gorgeous!! Fabulous large deck right off the door of the house. First floor bedroom was great for us and kids and grandkids were upstairs. I never climbed the stairs for the first week! When I did found another huge room with a T.V. And king size bed! The kids room was great . Just as described. My girls loved the bunk bed with the stair case! And there bath was great. We used the grill when we ate in and my son did the cooking. He loved it. We ate out often at all the great restaurants in Chatham . So much to do at that part of theCape. The beaches are beautiful. My son met his friends everyday at Hardings Beach. Easy to park!
Ralph was available for a few issues. No problem getting him.Jesse is the decorater Soft beachy colors but really nice white sheets and great fluffy white towels! The bedding was lovely and the beds super comfortable. The living room was small but we were outside most nights. Morning coffee on deck while kids slept in was heaven. Peaceful and quiet is an understatement!
You can't go wrong here. It was worth every penny!!

We returned to Casa de Cod for the second time this summer and thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks all over again.
We love the heated pool and the new outdoor shower with changing area Ralph installed.
Jessi and Ralph's house is beautiful and their yard is secluded and peaceful.
They are centrally located with easy access to Rt. 6a or Rt. 28 making it easy for sightseeing, going to the beach or visiting favorite restaurants on either side of the Cape.
There's a great deck and grill for nights when you want to eat in and a fire pit area to enjoy later. The rail trail is just around the corner.
Jessi and Ralph are wonderful hosts always making sure every detail is addressed for your stay and are available if something comes up. We had a few questions while we were there and Ralph got back to us right away with the information we needed.
We highly recommend staying at and enjoying Casa de Cod.

We had a great stay at Casa de cod! Our family has been renting on Cape Cod for nearly 10 years and this was one our favorite stays. The location is great and the house had everything we could want for our family with two young kids. We hope to return next summer.

What a great visit to Casa de Cod! We had great weather and were able to enjoy the pool everyday (although we did tear ourselves away to hit the beach a few times. . .) The house was perfect for our extended family - Ralph and Jessi thought of everything! Our kids (6 and 4) loved the selection of pool toys and books, as well as the bunk beds. We all enjoyed the proximity to the Rail Trail and the wonderful outdoor space, including the fire pit where we made s'mores. We had a great time and will be thinking about this trip for years to come.

A wonderful vacation! We've come to the Cape for many, many years and Casa de Cod is the nicest house we have rented. [Our family of] four adults and one nine year old, and there is something here for everyone. We all love the pool and the pergola. Ralph and Jessi have thought of everything, and we felt very comfortable here. Such excellent and thoughtful hosts. We did lots of fun things in two weeks. Some of our favorites are the bike trail, kayaking on Swan River, Crosby Landing Beach, West Dennis Beach, Red Cottage for breakfast, Kreme 'N Kone for fried clams and onion rings, Three Monkeys for cocktails and sushi, Rock Harbor Grill and Cape Sea Grill for dinner, and many more!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Cod! We came for our annual family trip to the Cape from CT. It's our time that all the cousins get to be together for a whole week. We absolutely loved the house, the pool, and all the amenities. Ralph and Jessi - your attention to detail for your guests' stay is amazing!
We had a fantastic time trying new restaurants (this was our first time staying in Harwich), visiting the beach, and relaxing by the pool! We even had a fire in the firepit and made s'mores! We had such a great time and hope to be able to stay at Casa de Cod again next year!

Beautiful home, cranking AC, centrally located with easy access to every direction. Short bike to the bike trail. Pool and patio space gave a relaxing restful atmosphere.

Casa de Cod is a gorgeous cape home!! The pool is heated so we swam every day! I am an AC lover and it was set to 72 in this house and it was perfect!!! This house is neat, clean, fully stocked with whatever you need (pots, pans, beach chairs, pool toys, a cooler, I could go on and on!) The bed was very comfortable, the linens were clean, there were beach towels and regular towels, pillows, blankets, etc. Top notch all the way! And the owners couldn't be nicer. They answered all our questions, they had recommendations for restaurants and activities that were wonderful, and the pool was cleaned every morning before we got up. There's a poolside sitting area, a pool side firepit, and on the deck an enourmous grill and outdoor dining table. The house is right next to the bike trail (we rented and rode the trail—it was amazing!) so if you bring bikes you can be off for the day in minutes! We were here for my son's wedding and I can tell you this part of the cape is phenomenal. Great people, lots of great fresh fish to eat, beautiful beaches and an atmosphere of beachy goodness. And did I mention how nice the owners are? There were fresh flowers, a nice note and Casa de Cod coffee mugs waiting for us upon check in!!! And they had Sunday check-in and check-out so driving home Sunday morning was a breeze (cape traffic is legendary so this was quite a perk)!!! I really felt like I was spending a week in someone's home. It was perfect!

We had the absolute best time at Casa de Cod! I grew up on Cape Cod and although we now live in Delaware, I like to bring my family back to the Cape to visit friends and extended family on the outer Cape.

The Casa is in a great location where my kids could jump on the bike trails in less than a minute, near grocery stores so when we forgot to get eggs - I could just "run over and grab them", and still completely quiet and secluded - we could sit at the pool and not hear or see a neighbor.

The Hosts are amazing! They thought of everything and every single activity we wanted to do, they had the right accessories for! Beach - they had chairs and toys for the kids, pool - they have floats and toys, Drive-In - chairs, you name it, they had a way that would "just make it better" because we were staying at their home.

We will be back year after year! Great home, great Hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Cod. The house is beautifully situated, and stocked with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time on the Cape. From playing in the pool to hopping around nearby towns and beaches, the house makes for a homey, comfortable, and lovely home base for a vacation on the Cape.

We had a wonderful week staying at Casa de Cod in Harwich. Ralph and Jessi clearly put a lot of thought into updating the house, and the outdoor space is what really makes this place fantastic.

Just off the kitchen is an upstairs deck with dinner table and grill, and below is a lovely pool area with safety gate, shaded seating, pool, tons of pool toys, drink cooler, and a separate fire pit.

The house itself was perfect for our two families of little kids. Parents each had a king sized room and family bathroom, and kids shared the bunk room. Kitchen is well-stocked. Ralph and Jessi also set the place up with everything you could need, down to books and boardgames for rainy days (though we lucked out on the weather)!

The location was great—in the middle of the Cape, just footsteps off the rail trail and easy access to pond, bay, and ocean beaches. We've already recommended to several friends, and my son would move in if he could! Thank you, Ralph and Jessi!

We just spent a wonderful week at Jessi and Ralph's Harwich home which is centrally located on the Cape.

The house is a gem. Well kept, very clean and nicely decorated. Linens are provided which is a big plus. Beds and pillows are comfortable - another plus.

The yard has a heated pool with wonderful privacy and plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade. It was hard to leave that area during the day.

It's right next to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking, walking or getting an ice cream cone at the general store right on the trail.

Everything you need and then some is provided for your visit. The information about the listing is 100% accurate. Jessi and Ralph are very nice people who genuinely care about their guests comfort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this serene, comfortable, and immaculate Cape Cod home. We can't say enough about how wonderful, thoughtful, and accommodating our hosts were, and the property is very well-equipped and fabulous for families of all sizes.

My husband and I enjoyed being in the first-floor king bedroom with very convenient closet organizers and beautiful privacy windows, while our other family members could enjoy the upstairs when they came — with another fabulous and comfy king bed, very hard to find in rentals. Perfect for our taller crew!

And it has such pretty seaside decor, very artistic! The outdoor space is huge and perfect — a patio area with retractable pergola, a heated in-ground pool, a fire pit, lounges, and a nice upper deck with a large table for eating outside near the grill. Very private. Unlike some other rentals we've stayed at, the beds were made on our arrival with comfy sheets and pillows, and there were plenty of towels.

The kitchen is very well laid out and convenient for casual meals and hanging out. And Harwich is a lovely town, we so enjoyed exploring new places to eat (shout out to the Seal Pup Cafe for super outdoor eating, a super relaxed vibe, and great food), different beaches, book stores, and. Ice cream places.

The house is also super close to the rail trails, which we walked a lot when we were there, so peaceful and pretty for biking or walking. Overall, cannot say enough about much we enjoyed this lovely home, Casa de Cod, and all correspondence with its lovely owners. We have already recommended this home!
