We love the Eddy House. This was our third summer visiting. The house is so well equipped, located very conveniently, easy beach access, and feels comfortable and homey. Our kids (four and five) both love the house, the toys, the books and the beach! Highly recommend!

This is our third summer in a row staying at this rental and it consistently delivers. The place receives an excellent cleaning between each rental has everything we need.

This charming cottage is an easy walk to Pleasant Road beach and a short drive into Harwichport. This was our first stay in this cottage and we absolutely loved it! The house was immaculate and thoughtfully well-appointed. It has a delightful sunroom. We immediately settled-in. The backyard is gorgeous and private with a terrific picnic table and umbrella and chairs and grill (all in great condition). Lots of beach chairs and a beach umbrella and even a wagon in the garage to make it easy to spend a day on the beach. The homeowner is very kind and easy to correspond with. We have been vacationing annually on Cape Cod for about 15 years now and this is by far our favorite cottage. We look forward to going back next year!

A sweet Cape Cod Cottage. It has all the amenities you need to have a great vacation. The Eddy house is well taken care of and always very clean. Plenty of books,puzzles and games for all ages. This is our second summer returning to Eddy House. Everything is spotless and in great condition. Outdoor shower makes a big difference for sandy kids when you're walking back from the beach. We love it because it's small and calm. Kitchen has every amenity you could need and great toys for the kids. Jenny is extremely responsive. Can't wait to go back next year!

This home has everything you need for a wonderful stay on Cape Cod. It's centrally located so it's just a short ride to many other towns with great attractions, such as Chatham, Wellfleet, Orleans and Brewster. Pleasant Beach is literally a 500 yard walk down the road and is so convenient, especially if you have small children with you. The beach has lifeguards and bathrooms and the ice cream truck drives thru multiple times a day (so fun for the kids!). The house was stocked with everything we needed for the beach such as chairs, an umbrella, towels, and toys. The house has a beautiful backyard with a large patio set and grill and the inside of the house with spacious and comfortable. We loved the sunroom and the outside shower. Hoping to return next summer!

The house is spotlessly clean with every amenity you could think of. So many houses have the bare minimum but the kitchen is well-equipped and the toys and books were fantastic for my family. Very quick walk to the beach and very little traffic in the area compared to the towns further west where we usually stay. Can't wait to come back next summer!

My family and I rented the house for a week this summer (2023) and it exceeded our expectations. The house is in a great location walking distance to the beach (2min walk) and also close to downtown restaurants and shops. The house was stocked with everything we might need to make our stay comfortable as well as books and toys for the kiddos which was unexpected and amazing. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to be close to both the beach and action of the downtown area. We will be back in summer 2024!

We stayed at the Eddy Cottage. We had a wonderful time. The cottage has a great location just minutes from a beautiful beach. The cottage is clean comfortable and a great floor plan. It was well stocked with everything you could ever want. The beds were very comfortable and made up with nice linens. We had a great time. Hope to be there in 2024.

Nice little Cape home with all the feel of the places I stayed in as a kid, but with modern comforts. Very clean and well maintained...you can't ask for a better quality rental with a convenient location.

The home was comfortable clean and convenient. We walked to the beach every morning. Grocery store and good restaurants were not far. Perfect for the five of us.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and well equipped for all we needed. We really appreciated the kid toys and books. We also really loved the great beach gear and toys. The outdoor space was perfect for eating carry out meals and outdoor shower great for the kids after the beach. The beach is very close— just a short walk. The water was calm and good for younger kids. Thanks for sharing your home!

House was perfect!! Had everything we could ever need and it is in the best location. Quick easy walk to the beach . We had a great vacation and will definitely be back !

We rented the house to celebrate my xth birthday! The house really is two short blocks from the beach--you can see the ocean from the end of the driveway. I really appreciated how clean the space was, and I'm quite sensitive to cleaning fragrances and didn't have a problem there either. Lily of the Valley and lilacs and azaleas were in full bloom in the garden, and rhododendrons were starting to open--we really enjoyed our breakfasts on the patio! It was colder in mid-May than we hoped, so none of us tried the outdoor shower, BUT we did enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room! The kitchen was better outfitted than most vacation rentals I've encountered. The homeowner was a fabulous communicator: clear and consistent from my first inquiries about the house, generous with recommendations and tips for our time at the Cape, and especially prompt when we were staying there and had questions about odds'n'ends. I would 100% go back. It was wonderful.

We just returned from a week at this house and we loved it! It's in a fantastic location; just a five minute walk from a great beach with small waves - perfect for kids! Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas were available for our use. The house is clean, with a fully stocked kitchen and everything else we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower!

Centrally located in West Harwich, this lovely home is within easy driving distance of Dennis, Chatham, and neighboring Cape towns. There are lots of restaurants nearby, movie theaters, the one-of-a-kind Cape Cinema (Dennis) and quaint shops. The house itself offers space to relax (love the sun porch and the living room), a cozy kitchen, window A/Cs and lovely surroundings in a quiet neighborhood.

Having stayed in various towns on the Cape over the past few decades, I can happily say that this is my new favorite place. Hope to return next year!
