We had a great stay at Driftwood House. The property was great for our generational family as it had a big yard for the kids to play in when were weren't out and about. Very close to convenience and a short drive to tons of restaurants and beaches to explore. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful with questions about the area.

Great place exactly as advertised. Host was incredibly responsive, and directions were as clear as could be. The home was also perfect for young kids, with cribs, pack n plays, and kid's toys which was a huge help for us to pack less.

This house has all that you need from linens, quilts, pots, pans, appliances, beach chairs and toys. And the location can't be beat. The house is just a few blocks from the town which has plenty of restaurants and stores as well as a short drive to some of Cape Cod's lovely beaches. My family of 8 fit comfortably in this home. We highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time this summer staying here. The house came with everything we needed for a great time with our four kids (ages 12-17). They especially enjoyed the corn hole in the backyard! The bedrooms were well situated for us and allowed the adults to stay downstairs with one bathroom and the kids upstairs with the other. It worked out well for everyone. We were fortunate to have great weather and used the grill to cook and then eat outdoors. We would like to try the fire pit area if we ever come when it's cooler. The house is well situated and within driving distance of many places to explore. Truly a great time! show more show less

Our new family of four spent the week down at the Driftwood House this past July. The ideal location was obvious to us when we booked. Just a short walked to downtown Dennisport, we were able to successfully bring a toddler and a newborn out for ice cream at Auntie's, for coffee in the morning at Buckie's Biscotti, and dinner at the Den. (Plus the convenience of Walgreens with two young kids on vacation, you really can't beat it!) Also, a short convenient drive to Harwichport for date nights and early morning breakfasts. Sea View Park was also within walking distance, which was perfect for morning entertainment for the kids. Nightly swims at Swan Pond, just under a mile away. And only a mile Driftwood to the beach! I can't say enough about the location alone!
The beautifully landscaped yard is completely fenced in, perfect for kids. The outdoor area is very spacious! The fire pit is set in the outer yard, amazing for those relaxing evenings when the kids go to bed. Accompanied by with another patio and grill immediately outside the back door that leads into the kitchen, ideal for entertaining those summer barbeques. The kitchen has EVERY kitchen tool, utensil, and cookware you'd ever need! And plenty of counter space, and a table. With an open concept into the living room, you can easily get settled in on the gorgeous Cape Cod rainy days.
Both bedrooms downstairs have large beds, the two upstairs bedrooms are huge! And have two twin beds in each, with plenty of extra space. Perfect for multiple family vacations. Two full baths and laundry are great too! Plus the quintessential Cape Cod out door shower!
We had such an amazing time at the Driftwood House for our first family vacation, we can't wait to go back next year!
