Keyless entry lock for self check-in opens to first floor with living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, spacious cathedral ceiling sunroom and three generous bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs offers a large bedroom and game room with a bar, darts and foosball table.

Enjoy the large private fenced in backyard with an outdoor shower, patio area, BBQ gas grill and an in-ground saltwater pool with stereo system.

    Beautiful Cape Cod Home

    This was our first time renting a home on beautiful Cape Cod. We loved the open floor plan. The house is bright and cheery with coastal vibes. Love the sunroom and kitchen area. Super neat and clean home! There was plenty of room for the six of us. Our favorite was the pool, patio and deck off of the back of the house which leads to the patio area! We love the outdoor living. A great way to relax outside for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is so close to all of the great places in town and the surrounding towns. Suzanne & Joe are wonderful hosts! They are professional and warm. I felt like they knew me for years. It was such a great vacation for us that we are coming back!

    Suzanne was a fabulous host! The house was recently redone and was picture perfect. The yard was a magical place...fairy lights that automatically turned on at night, a fountain, the gorgeous pool, a trellis with a grapevine growing on it...

    The house had central air and state of the art zoned climate control. The basement was so much fun...dart board, foosball table, tons of board games. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

    This was our first time staying at Suzanne and Joe's home and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Whether gathering poolside, on the patio with water fountain, or in the bright sunroom, the space was everything we could have asked for and MORE! Suzanne and Joe were extremely communicative and responsive hosts. The home guide they prepared answered all of our questions. We would welcome the opportunity to return to this spacious, clean and centrally located home.

    Suzanne and Joe love the Cape and everything it has to offer! We have been vacationing on the Cape for many years and are excited to welcome guests to enjoy it as much as we do!

    What is special about this property?
    We love that this home is bright and sunny and provides us the space to fit the entire family. It offers a large back yard and pool to relax and unwind or gathering for a meal and yard games after a day at the beach or enjoying a shopping day.

    What is special about your town?
    What we love most about the property is its easy access to all things on the Cape. Depending on the family's preference for the day we can easily go to the Bay side or the ocean side and close proximity to so many amazing Harwichport shops, restaurants and ice cream! We also love the easy access to the bike trail to run, bike or walk to a swimming hole or ice cream at the local country store.
