My family and I wanted to do a long weekend in Harwich and this house was perfect. The house was so clean and we couldn't believe all that was there to use. Perfect location also. The homeowners were so easy to deal with and so accommodating. We hope to go back in the summer. Definitely worth renting.

Our family (4 adults and 2 dogs) stayed at this property for a Fall weekend. We were attending my niece's wedding nearby. Finding a property in Cape Cod that allows large dogs and has a fenced in yard is difficult. Since one of our two dogs is deaf, a fenced in yard was a must! The fence was adequate, however, if you have a dog that jumps, be aware that the wire fence isn't tall (about 36"). We kept a close eye on our dogs while they were in the yard to make sure they were safe and all was fine!

The dogs really loved the outdoor space and the deck with two sliding doors exiting the dining area and steps leading into the fenced in yard. The deck is spacious with plenty of seats, a grill and dining table/umbrella. The fenced in yard has a fire pit and an outdoor shower. Unfortunately it rained most of the weekend, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities as much as we would have liked. The outdoor shower came in handy to clean up the dogs after taking them to the nearby Red River Beach.

The interior of the house is spacious and beautifully decorated! The living room has a large sofa and two large chairs. There are three spacious bedrooms with 5 beds total; enough to sleep 8 people comfortably. The bedroom on the first floor was a plus for us, as my husband has mobility issues. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a walk in shower. The kitchen is a nice size and fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals.

There are plenty of entertainment options. The house has a TV in the living room and each bedroom. The basement has a ping pong table, a dart board and a Golf video game (we aren't golfers, so we didn't try it). The living room has a game/puzzle cabinet that was stocked with lots of choices. The nearby beach is large and has plenty of parking.

The host was very friendly and attentive. He took the time to call me to answer my questions and go over everything prior to booking. The paperwork to rent the property arrived promptly. The owner was also very attentive while we were staying at the house. He reached out to see if we had arrived safely and responded quickly to a question we texted him about.

This house had everything that we needed and exceeded our expectations! We wished we were able to stay longer. We definitely recommend this property!

My family stayed here for a good part of the summer and it was perfect! The house and neighborhood were both beautiful and the owners couldn't have been more accommodating. The location is great with the town of Harwich and Chatham both very close and we were able to ride bikes everywhere. We would definitely stay here again!

My family of four stayed here with my mom and two dogs over Memorial Day weekend and it was the most perfect house! Awesome location in Harwich and five seconds from Chatham. We absolutely loved the deck and Scott was super responsive and just an overall great guy to deal with. We will be back!

Adorable home with cozy fireplace, 3 large bedrooms, fully furnished kitchen with everything we could need or want for our weekend getaway. Basement ping pong table and darts for some added entertainment. Can't beat the location to town, with an awesome list of dinner and bar options, even in the off season! Can't wait to come back here in the summer and take advantage of its proximity to the beach - and use that outdoor shower!! Easy booking and accommodating hosts. We can't wait to go back!

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 year old, my inlaws, and our dog September of '22. Big plus being able to bring our dog as we didn't find many options available to us.

Perfect location. It's off of the beaten path, so you're away from crowds and can enjoy the quiet. But, very close to quite a few places: 5 minute drive to Harwichport or Chatham downtown, walking distance to Buca's (wow surprisingly awesome Italian) and another restaurant we didn't try yet. The beach is maybe a mile away and there are several to choose from in either Harwich or Chatham - all great for playing in the sand and swimming for kids. We like to biking and walk/run, so this location was perfect for us as the rail trail is a quick walk or ride being under a 1/2 mile from the house.

Cute kitchen, dining area, and living room with 3 good sized bedrooms. The place was super clean for us. Great wrap around deck off of the kitchen and dining areas, which was great to enjoy lunch on or hang out for drinks. Downstairs also has a ping pong table and video games which we didn't use much due to our son's age, but can imagine this being real fun for older kids. show more show less

Loved this charming rental! The house was tastefully decorated, super comfy, clean, and in an amazing location! My family had a great time and can't wait to return next summer! Very helpful hosts that had provided a bunch of info for their guests. Highly recommend.
