Outstanding Harwich Port location! This charming property is newly remodeled!

The property is situated in a residential area just a short walk to the beach on Nantucket Sound with a similarly short walk to the shops and restaurants of Harwich Port center.

The house has a family room, dining room, kitchen, washer and dryer, and full bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs there is the second full bathroom, and four bedrooms. One room has a king bed, another bedroom has a queen bed, a third bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The house has beautiful wood floors, air conditioning, and gas heat, an outdoor dining area and outdoor shower.

The recommended beach is the public beach on Atlantic Avenue, which is a 1/10th of a mile walk. There are a few other public beaches that are a short walk away. There is a private association beach on Quason Lane, however, we do not currently have access to that beach. I thought I''d mention this fact so that there is no confusion for those that are familiar with the area.

Another added feature for this unique property is the ample parking. The house can accommodate at least 5 cars.
