Great house for a family getaway or vacation. This house can comfortably sleep 8. Upstairs bedrooms can be split two separate spaces by an accordion door. Each space has a separate entrance, one with bunk beds and another with a full size bed. There is a full bath upstairs as well.

Downstairs primary bedroom has a queen size bed, its own bathroom and plenty of closet space. Primary bedroom also has sliding door out to the large deck, fenced in backyard, pool and outdoor shower. Loft space offers two twin beds as well as additional living area.

Located in a quiet neighborhood; a two minute walk will get you into the Punkhorn conservation lands with miles of hiking and biking trails. The house has deeded rights to Robbins Pond which is a short walk up the road. Here you can enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing and even a quick swim if you wish.

West Harwich location is centrally located to Harwich, Dennis and Brewster. Just under four miles away from Bank St. Beach in Harwich and 5 miles from Corporation Beach in Dennis. Cape Cod National Seashore and Nauset Beach are both about a 25 minute drive...but worth checking out.
