Welcome! Our three bedroom, 2 bath house sleeps up to 6 guests. When you walk into this one floor ranch, you will enter into an open living room, dining room and kitchen. In this area of the house there is an L-shaped couch, a kitchen table that has a built in leaf to expand and fit up to 6 guests as well as two bar stools at the kitchen island. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Down the hall there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom and a standup shower. Bedroom number two has a queen sized bed and bedroom number three has a full.

The house has central a/c with a mini split in each room of the house. Step out of the slider onto a 12’x 24’ deck with an outdoor shower, gas grill and a private, fully fenced in backyard with a fire pit. Plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors.

We are 2/10 of a mile from Cahoon Beach Landing, (on Long Pond), and 10 minutes from the Oceanside Beaches.

Dogs are welcome, for an additional pet fee of $150 per dog, max of two dogs. The cleaning fee is $250. Linens, bath and beach towels are available for an additional $150.

The house is located 5 minutes from East Harwich’s downtown area which has shopping and dining. Located 2 minutes from the highway, 10 minutes from Orleans and 20 minutes to Hyannis. Being centrally located, you will be close to swimming, shopping, walking trails, and dining. Spend the day relaxing at the beach, or take a quick 50 minute drive to spend the day in Provincetown.

Bring your beach chairs and enjoy a week or more of relaxing on beautiful Cape Cod!

    Wonderful Home. Wonderful Owner

    We haven't been to the cape for many years and this was a perfect reintroduction. The house was spotless, the fenced in yard great for our dog. Nicole was very responsive to all of my questions. And she provided all linens-sheets, towels, and beach towels. I don't know another rental that does that. Highly recommended.

    Great stay

    We have been traveling to Cape Cod on summer vacations for over the past 30 years. I do have to say that this rental property that we stayed at was a beautiful home and a great owner that takes care of their property. The backyard was 100% fenced-In with a very comfortable pet friendly atmosphere. I would definitely return back to this home in the later future.

    More beautiful than the pictures show. Very surprised to see the flower garden and huge private back yard. Nicole was great with answering all my questions. Property is very clean and kept up. We will definitely be back!

    I was born and raised on Cape Cod and have worked in the service industry most of my life. I spent 18 years managing and cleaning seasonal rentals for homeowners.

    What is special about this property?
    The properties cozy private back yard with lots of sun is great for relaxing. Curl up on the couch with good book or take a walk down to the pond and enjoy a beautiful sunset.

    What is special about your town?
    Harwich is centrally located on Cape Cod with easy access to many of the area attractions. Located just minutes from the largest pond on the Cape. Beaches are on the Nantucket Sound. Three harbors for the boating enthusiast. Mini golf and go carts for the kids, restaurants, ice cream, shopping, art galleries, Harwich has it all!
