Welcome to the Wild Rose Cottage, nestled within the historic ''Campground'' neighborhood of Harwich Port. This stick-built home stands as a cherished relic of a bygone era, one of the precious few originals still gracing this quaint locale. As you step inside, you'll find yourself transported back to a simpler time.

Enjoy the cozy allure of a sleeping porch, featuring three comfortable twin beds. There is a small loft upstairs with a twin bed and a separate bedroom with two twin beds.

A welcoming fireplace beckons on cooler evenings, casting a warm and inviting glow that wards off any lingering chills of the shoulder months. For those warmer days, rest assured that split heat and air conditioning are at your service, though the gentle, refreshing breezes drifting in from Nantucket Sound typically provide all the comfort you desire.

This idyllic neighborhood offers an abundance of delights within easy reach. Children run and bike outside and you quickly get to know your neighbors. Stroll leisurely to the beach or embark on a charming walk into the heart of town. Here, you'll discover the rare luxury of being able to park your car and leave it be until the moment you're ready to bid this delightful retreat.

When you walk into the house through the front porch you are greeted with two conversation benches that have turned out to be the highlight of the house. If you love people watching this is the place to be! You then enter into the family room. The sleeping porch is to your left. Walk straight through to enter the kitchen. Basic kitchen with full bath.

This house is one of the few that can boast a backyard. ***We are currently updating the back yard to have a patio, new lawn, new shed, fire pit and additional parking (which many houses here do not have).***

**Please read carefully**
This is an old house, I believe it was built in the 1870's. The bathroom is old. The toilet is updated and flooring but the bathroom itself it reminiscent of a campground. Also, the stairs going to the upstairs are shallow, steep and you have to be very careful. We put handrails on each side and tread grips on the treads, but you have to be careful. This is probably not the best option for small children or elderly family members/friends. I just want everyone to understand and not be disappointed and to keep everyone safe. Also, the washer and dryer is in the basement that can only be reached outside through the bulkhead.
