The cottage is beautifully & comfortably decorated, spotless and filled with all the necessities. The back patio is so peaceful and relaxing with the bbq, fire pit and outdoor shower! We enjoyed biking along the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Kennedy Museum and Ocean House Restaurant. The hosts were so friendly and responsive.

Great location for us- walking distance to bike trail, hiking trails, and pond. Immaculate cottage, tastefully decorated. We appreciated every modern convenience as well as the responsiveness of our hosts when we had questions. They were immediately available and helpful. We have stayed in many places on the cape over the years and this cottage is at the top of our list. Wonderful deck with newer grill and outdoor fireplace (for cooler evenings than we experienced!)

My wife and I had a great two weeks at the rail Trail cottage. We love the rail trail, and the cottage was located. Just a few houses away from the trail with easy access. The house was recently renovated, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck, and the bed was comfortable. Also, communication with the owners was excellent. They were very responsive. A very nice stay. It contributed to the best vacation I've had in many years.

This vacation home has everything you want and need for the perfect getaway -modern amenities, serene surroundings, and things to enjoy nearby! We chose it because of the updated interior and the bike trail adjacent to the cottage and we were not disappointed! We went on lovely bike rides every day of our trip to enjoy the surrounding areas. Our favorite bike ride ended at the Chatham Pier Fish Market where we enjoyed fresh lobster before riding back. The cottage has recently been remodeled and everything was super clean.
