PRIVATE!!!! This 3-bedroom Cape house is a gem on a beautiful lot very close to the Center of Harwich. At the end of a cul-de-sac, we love the spacious yard and the privacy. The property overlooks Cranberry Valley Golf Course. The closest beaches are Bank Street Beach and Red River Beach - each 2 miles away - get there early and enjoy the gentle surf and warm waters of Nantucket Sound.

The house offers three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one bedroom with two twin trundles that sleeps 4. The bright main floor queen bedroom has hardwood floors and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom is spacious with a ceiling fan. Great for kids - the twin bedroom sleeps 4 with pull out trundles. There is also a bonus room/ home office upstairs with a futon and TV, great for gathering and games.

Harwood floors throughout the open kitchen, dining and living areas. Layout invites families to gather in an open space. Find everything you need in the kitchen, and dine either at the breakfast bar, dining table or out on the deck under the awning. Feel comfortable in the living room while watching favorite sports or shows on the new Smart TV.

We encourage you to bring golf clubs and bikes, as the house is also very close to the bike trail that extends miles in each direction into Dennis and Chatham. Walk or bike 1 mile to enjoy summer concerts at Brooks Park, where you will also find tennis courts and a playground.

Harwich Center offers The Seal Pub for a great lunch seated indoors or out or the popular Ruggie's Breakfast for delicious chicken and waffles. Travel a few more miles down to Harwich Port for many more amazing restaurants and shops, including the Sundae School - best ice cream in Harwich!

    This house is beautiful in a perfect location. Leo and Monica were easy to deal with and even left us a bottle of wine. We loved how close it was to Bank St Beach and great restaurants in Harwichport. The rail trail is right there for running or biking.
    The yard is really big with a nice deck overlooking Cranberry Valley Golf Course. It was a great vacation!!!

    Leo and Monica purchased the Home their Family grew up in. Our hope is that you create great family memories like we have over the last 25 years. Our home is the perfect spot for a Family vacation. We have a great yard for outdoor activities and have lots of activities (Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, biking, beaches) right around the corner.

    What is special about this property?
    Perfect location for a Great Family vacation. We have a huge grassy lot on a quiet cul de sac with a large deck and great views of the 8th hole at Cranberry Valley. The house is immaculate, very well equipped and sleeps 8 with an additional Bonus room. We are steps from Cape Cod Rail Trail and less than a mile from Cranberry Valley Golf Course (One of the best public courses on Cape Cod). Red River and Bass River beaches are within 2 miles.

    What is special about your town?
    We are right in the Center of Harwich. The downtown area is beautiful with shops, restaurants and Brooks Park. Cape Cod Baseball has a team in Harwich which is a Fun way to spend a night with the Family.
    Harwichport is the quintessential Cape Cod Village. The best shops and Restaurants around.
