You will have an access to your private dock with two kayaks, two paddle boards and one pedal boat for you to use.

    Sweet updated cape house on a beautiful pristine pond. Enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks and loved how close we were to all the great cape beaches (nothing more than a 25 min. drive to Nauset, Chatham Light House, etc). Nice quiet dead end street.

    If you're looking for a spot on the Cape with tons of privacy and easy access to everything, this is your place. Extremely clean, check in was seamless, and at the price we paid, easily one of the best bargains in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

    Darrell's place is quite pretty and clean adding onto the fact that the house is right by a lake. He is also a very responsive and helpful host. We would definitely go back if we are in cape cod again!

    The house is beautiful and well laid out - we had two families with 4 little kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The lake and the paddle boat, paddle boards etc provided hours of entertainment for the kids and adults. Darrell and his wife were extremely helpful and accommodating. All around great stay!

    This is a beautiful secluded property set against a small pond. There's plenty to do both inside and out. Kitchen and dining area are all extremely nice and clean. All three bedrooms were perfect for group of six. Only one bathroom, but worked fine for everyone. Living room is large and has nice, new smart TV. Tons of movies to pick from, comfortable seating. Woke up to beautiful views of the pond. A great stay for anything on the Cape.
