The first floor includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen with dining area. Off the kitchen there is a deck with large outdoor table ideal for gatherings.

    We absolutely loved Darrell's home. The house was very clean and had all the necessities. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was like new and made it easy to prepare meals and enjoy family time. The neighborhood is quiet,but centrally located to the town, town beach and local grocery store. The backyard is very relaxing with a fire pit, outside shower, and gas grill. The surrounding trees and beautiful marsh make it very peaceful as well. The house offers ample space for larger groups . We were a party of four and had more than enough living space . Darrell was extremely prompt in his responses to our questions via text messages. We felt relaxed and very comfortable in his home . We highly recommend Darrell's home to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing, quality vacation. We would absolutely consider renting again from Darrell.

    Huge spacious home in a very peaceful neighborhood. Great for our family vacation! The house is kid- friendly and our 4 littles had fun,especially with the ping-pong table. Would definitely stay here again for another family trip

    Our stay at Darrell's place was perfect for our family trip for my dad's birthday. There was plenty of room for all of us and we were able to make ourselves at home in the kitchen very easily! The location was great, being close to so many lovely beaches and towns. It felt very central and easy to get around. On top of that Darrell was so accommodating and responsive to all of my questions before and during the trip. He had so many thoughtful, proactive suggestions. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!! Thank you so much for everything!

    The place was really great and Darrell was an amazing host. The house was well organized, very clean and had all the amenities we need for a memorable and awesome stay at Cape Cod area.
