Summer 2026 is open. We are looking for a 4-week minimum, ideally 6 weeks.

We will also book for off-season stays with a 2-week minimum.

Centrally-located 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath Cape in a quiet neighborhood just 1.4 miles to the beach and on the Cape Cod bike path. Free wifi. Full central A/C.

Home features a full eat-in kitchen with new refrigerator and new dishwasher, dishware/cookware, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker. Separate dining room that seats 6. Family room with cable TV and sleeper sofa. Living room that''s great for a quiet reading spot. A half bathroom completes the downstairs. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. A master bedroom with queen bed (new mattress) and plenty of storage. Second bedroom with twin beds and access to a cot. Fully renovated bathroom with bathtub/shower with glass door. The backyard contains an outdoor shower, deck with patio table/chairs/umbrella, gas grill and yard for outdoor sports.

Home is located in a quiet neighborhood right on the Cape Cod Rail Trail with an easy bike ride to the local playground, tennis/pickleball court, pizza place, and homemade ice cream parlor. Home is situated in East Harwich near the Chatham line with a short car ride to Harwich Port and Chatham town center.

    I live with my family just South of Boston and take advantage of our house down the Cape during a couple weeks in the summer and on long weekends.

    What is special about this property?
    My grandmother bought this house and it has been a family vacation spot ever since. We have been renting it during the summer months for decades.

    What is special about your town?
    Our town is centrally located on Cape Cod. It is not too remote, with plenty of amenities, but also not as busy as other locations.
