    Dream Stay!!!

    Absolutely everything we hoped for and more! Super clean and newly redone with great open floor plan and fabulous kitchen! The beds were super comfortable and washer / dryer was much appreciated. Location is perfect - super quiet street close to everything. Truly one of the best places we have stayed at the Cape over the past decade of vacations! Kriste is super welcoming and responsive and we hope to book again next year!

    Wow! Very clean and spacious!!

    This is by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in!!! So well done and so well taken care of. Beautiful new kitchen and baths. Beds are really comfortable, loved the the deck, the large Weber gas grill, and the outdoor shower. Wonderful, quiet neighborhood, close to everything we needed. Plenty of parking and a great yard as well. Great, attentive owner who really made the process easy for us. We will rent here again and again!!!

    We loved our stay! The house is newly updated, extremely clean, and has a comfortable, cozy feel. You'll love the kitchen! Smart TVs are included so you can have access to your streaming accounts. The location is perfect to get to all things on the Cape - you are minutes away from water and marinas, downtown shopping and surrounding towns, as well as a ferry shuttle to Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, and more. The street you will stay on is very quiet and you feel further out than you are, which we personally enjoyed and helps set the tone for a very relaxing vacation on the Cape! show more show less

    We love making sure our friends are well taken care of through a very clean, well-maintained home. Access to Harwich and Chatham is easy. Beaches are nearby with wonderful views and fun for the entire family.

    What is special about this property?
    Our home sits on a quiet lot adjacent to conservation land in a small neighborhood with great access to beaches, the bike trail, the Cape Cod Baseball League fields, fishing, shopping, great restaurants, kayak rentals, golf courses, and the island ferry boats. Our home has brand new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, fresh paint, and is well-appointed with furniture and everything you need in the kitchen to enjoy your stay. With prior approval, your pet is welcome at our home, we love dogs! Our home is kept immaculately clean for our friends and guests. We hope you love our home as much as we do!

    What is special about your town?
    The Cape Cod Baseball League is one of the greatest college leagues in the world. We are on the town line of Harwich and Chatham, so you have two great teams/fields to choose from! In Harwich, enjoy the Summer Nights Musical Strolls, the weekly Farmers Market, the Craft Fairs at Brooks Park, the dining, and of course, the views of the Atlantic!
