    Beautiful Cape house in a very quiet , serene neighborhood ! The house is very clean and fully updated . Centrally located to mid and lower Cape .

    Reasonably priced and the owners are pleasant to deal with !

    Perfect spot , our 10 and 14 year olds really liked it .

    Charming Cape Home
    July 2025

    We visited the Cape for the week of 4th and found this house and it's beach theme very charming. Most importantly it's very clean with many updates inside and out. About everything you need is inside. Beautiful landscaping and new deck with table, chairs and grill in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the Red River Beach being very close with a good amount of parking available. Heidi and Greg are very thoughtful, accommodating and responsive. .

    Perfect House In A Perfect Location

    My husband, son and I come to the cape often and this is by far our favorite rental yet. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything harwich has to offer. The house is less than a mile to Red River Beach, which is our favorite beach. The owners are kind and responsive. We will definitely be back!

    This incredibly well maintained property was beautiful inside and out. The landscaping was gorgeous in every direction that you looked, and the interior was warm, inviting, and stocked with everything we needed.
    Location was great with easy drive to beaches on the bay side, the sound, and the ocean. Very responsive owners. Great getaway spot!

    What is special about your town?
    Harwich is the best all around town on the cape. Easy drive to bay and sound beaches, as well as the national seashore. Great shopping, dining and nightlife can be found throughout town, especially in Harwich Port.
