This space has a bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and living area and is accessed off of the pool deck area. 3) The carriage house which has the fourth bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and a kitchenette, living/dining spaces and a finished bonus room in the basement. This setup offers flexible living options for extended family or guests while the thoughtfully designed in-law suite is perfect for accommodating visitors while maintaining privacy.
