We purchased this home in June 2025 after many happy years of vacationing in Harwich. The Lower Cape—and Harwich in particular—has always been our go-to destination. We've spent countless days on the beach, and even more exploring the rail trails by bike and on foot.

The moment we saw this house, we knew it was something special. It had the charm, location, and feel we'd been searching for. Since purchasing it, we've put our hearts into transforming it into the kind of vacation retreat we'd want to (and will) stay in ourselves—comfortable, well-equipped, and full of character. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do and make your own wonderful Cape memories here.

What is special about this property?
This thoughtfully and recently renovated home blends coastal charm with upscale comfort. The vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, and featured works by local artists give it a unique character, while high-end amenities ensure a relaxing stay. Located across from 57 acres of conservation land with direct access to the rail trail, and just minutes from beaches, parks, and Harwich Port, the setting offers the perfect balance of peace, nature, and convenience.

What is special about your town?
Harwich offers the perfect blend of classic Cape Cod charm and laid-back, coastal living. Nestled along the Nantucket Sound, it's home to warm, gentle beaches, scenic cranberry bogs, and miles of protected conservation land. Visitors love the family-friendly atmosphere, vibrant village centers, and the easy access to both outdoor adventures and small-town pleasures.

With seven villages, including Harwich Port—known for its harbor, waterfront dining, and ferry service to Nantucket—Harwich feels welcoming without being overcrowded. Stroll the shops, catch a Harwich Mariners baseball game, explore local art galleries, or bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail right from town. Whether you're craving beach days, biking, kayaking, or quiet walks through Thompson's Field, Harwich makes it all accessible.

It's a destination that's beautiful in every season—inviting in summer, peaceful in fall, and cozy in the off-season. That's what makes Harwich such a special place to return to year after year.
