This lovely home features central air conditioning to keep you cool during those warm summer days and heated bathroom floors for added comfort. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, providing comfortable accommodations for your stay.

Two bedrooms are outfitted with king beds, perfect for couples, the third bedroom has a custom queen bed with a double bunk above, ideal for families or extra guests. With the new pullout sofa in the finished basement, there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a comfortable stay after a day of exploring all the Cape has to offer.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the amazing outdoor shower, which is equipped with a rain head, foot rinse, and changing room. <br /> <br /> Take advantage of the spacious 500 square foot patio, which offers outdoor dining seating for eight, a gas fire pit, and a new Weber gas grill. The Cape Cod Rail Trail, located less than a mile away, is perfect for biking, walking, or running, allowing you to enjoy the natural beauty of the area without needing a car.<br /> <br /> Set on a picturesque country road, the home is a wonderful destination surrounded by conservation land, featuring beautiful walking and hiking trails.     We had such a great time at the Cape this year! This home had everything and was so beautifully done. Jessica was great and answered questions so very quickly. We are hoping we will be able to return next year because this was the perfect home for my family!

    The BEST resort!

    Our family has been renting homes on Cape Cod every summer for multiple weeks at a time, and "The Last Resort" far surpasses every other property we have ever stayed in. It is truly in a league of its own. From the moment you walk in, it is obvious that everything in the home was built with the highest quality materials and with the utmost care and thoughtfulness. Everything is new, is spotlessly clean, and the property comes equipped with every single amenity you could possibly need. In addition to the impeccable indoors (and comfortable beds!), the outdoor space is a great bonus. Between the patio, the grill, the outdoor shower, and the firepit table, we were able to truly enjoy the outdoors! The location also can't be beat. Being so close to the town, restaurants, and beaches made everything so convenient! The homeowners have clearly thought of every little detail to make sure their guests are pampered and have everything they need. They are hands-down the most thoughtful and responsive hosts we have ever encountered, and they genuinely just want their renters to have the very best vacation experience possible. We will certainly be returning next summer (we can't wait!). We cannot recommend this beautiful home highly enough. show more show less

    i've been retired 12 years and have spent most of my time traveling. i've stayed at hundreds of different rentals and resorts . The last resort was, by far, the best place i've ever stayed. the level of comfort and amenities are second to none. a place where you feel completely at home and not in a rental. the owners thought of everything you would need and spare no expense with the quality of beds, appliances, cookware the list goes on. the proximity to my golf course , beach restraints and bike trail made this the best place for me and my brother…i will be back… show more show less

    Perfect home for a family beach getaway!

    We had a wonderful stay at this stunning, beautiful new home! Everything was spotless, modern, comfortable, and it had everything our family needed. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beaches, shopping, and great restaurants. The outdoor shower was heavenly after a day at the beach and relaxing outside by the beautiful fire pit was the most perfect way to unwind, the yard is a true oasis. "The Last Resort" was the ideal place for a relaxing summer getaway! We cannot wait to return.     My husband Jay and I live locally, in Plymouth. Jay is a carpenter/contractor specializing in finish carpentry and I love all things real estate and interior design. Working together, we have created what we hope will be a place our family and yours can make lasting memories year after year!

    What is special about this property?
    We purchased this property in August, 2021 and did a complete interior renovation. The house was completely gutted down to the studs. We installed a new natural gas heating system, Central A/C, on demand water heater, as well as all new electrical and plumbing. We expanded the upstairs bath from a half to a full bath with a tub and opened up the wall between the kitchen and living room. Other than that the layout remains as it was. The house is decorated and furnished with a comfortable, coastal feel.
