Family and friends can relax by the firepit with cocktails and fireside stories.

The basement is clean and well lit. There is a recreational area with a ping pong table, card table, fully equipped laundry room laundry room and an extra refrigerator for the convenient storage of excess groceries and beverages. The new heating and central air conditioning system provides the perfect climate any time of the year. <br /> <br /> The home is located at the end of a cul-du-sac and abuts conservation land with miles of walking trails. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is a mile from the house. The property is equidistant from the Bay and Beach sides of the Cape (3 miles either way.)     Everything we needed!

    I really enjoyed our holiday stay at this house! It accommodated our family of 4 plus 2 friends perfectly. Everything is new, neat and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and we even had a ping pong tournament in the basement. I really love the location, tucked away on a nice quiet street near trails through the woods that we all enjoyed. I highly recommend this rental!

    Beautiful home - perfect for families!

    My family and I had the best experience staying at this vacation rental over Thanksgiving. The home was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly inviting—exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday weekend. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made preparing our meal so easy, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel at home.

    We especially loved the thoughtful touches throughout the house—cozy blankets, great lighting, and little details that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The new deck and firepit in the backyard were a great surprise too! The location was perfect too: peaceful, convenient, and easy access to the rail trail and walking trails.

    We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed home away from home. We'll absolutely be back!     show more show less
