Surrounded by hydrangeas, roses and swaying seagrass, Lucky Penny blends classic Cape Cod charm with the thoughtful comforts of a boutique stay. The cheerful studio cottage features vaulted ceilings, local artwork, a queen bed and well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable, while the electric fireplace can be enjoyed with or without heat for year-round ambiance. Smart TV and Wi-Fi are also included.
The experience extends outdoors with plenty of space to relax. Enjoy morning coffee on the sunny front deck, settle into the Adirondack chairs, or unwind on the private fenced paver patio with comfortable seating and outdoor dining. A propane grill with grilling tools and accessories is provided, along with a hot-and-cold outdoor shower—perfect after the beach or a round of tennis.<br />

Thoughtful extras are part of the Lucky Penny experience. Thoughtfully selected bedding and plush bath towels are provided, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash, coffee and tea, basic cooking oils, and spices. Planning a longer stay? Lucky Penny makes settling in easy. A laundromat is conveniently located nearby that offers pick up and delivery service. Fresh linens and mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee by our cleaning team. <br />

Beach days are easy, too. Beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, beach towels and a beach blanket are all provided so you can pack a little lighter.<br />

Tennis lovers will find Locario’s Tennis right here at Pine Grove, just steps down the lane. Lucky Penny guests enjoy complimentary use of Court #4 from noon to dusk. Private lessons and open tennis are also available for an additional fee.<br />

Lucky Penny is just over a 1/2 mile from Nantucket Sound beaches and just steps from the Harwich Port line, putting beaches, dining and quintessential Cape experiences within easy reach. Everyday conveniences are close by, too—Shaw’s supermarket is less than 1/8 mile away for an easy grocery run, and you can walk or bike to a bagel shop, deli, ice cream shop, pizza, breakfast spot and several restaurants. Downtown Harwich Port, Dennis Port and Chatham are also just minutes away, and the central location makes exploring the rest of Cape Cod easy. The Cape Cod Rail Trail and popular wedding venues, including Wychmere, are nearby. <br />
