Born and raised on Cape Cod, I'm a proud native Cape Codder who always dreamed of having my own little piece of the Cape to escape to and share with others. Lucky Penny Cottage is especially meaningful to me because this area is near and dear to my heart — my grandparents lived in Harwich just down the road, so many of my favorite childhood memories were made here.
Although my husband and I now reside in New Jersey, Cape Cod will always feel like home. Together, we have owned and managed beach rental properties for more than 20 years, and creating memorable guest experiences is something we truly enjoy. We recently purchased Lucky Penny Cottage and look forward to helping guests create relaxing vacations and fond memories of their own.
We love traveling, discovering great local food, spending time with family and friends, and exploring with our two dogs, who are always part of the adventure. Our goal is to make every stay feel comfortable, welcoming, and full of the charm and nostalgia that make Cape Cod so special.

One of the things we love most is the authentic Cape experience the property offers — from the classic outdoor shower after a beach day to the enclosed patio that's perfect for relaxing evenings and the sunny front deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day exploring the Cape.
The property is surrounded by beautiful beach roses, hydrangeas, and beach grasses that create the peaceful coastal feel we love so much about Cape Cod. Located just under a mile from the ocean, Lucky Penny offers the perfect balance of being close to the beach while still feeling like a quiet and relaxing escape.
Whether gathering with family and friends, grilling outside, or heading out for an adventure with your pup, Lucky Penny Cottage was designed to be a comfortable place to slow down, relax, and create lasting Cape Cod memories.

What makes Lucky Penny's location so special is that although we have a Route 28 address, the cottage is tucked away on a private lane in a quiet enclave of just nine cottages nestled in a peaceful pine grove. It offers the perfect balance of convenience and privacy — close to everything, yet serene and relaxing once you arrive.
Harwich is one of the Cape's most charming and centrally located towns, making it an ideal home base for exploring all of Cape Cod. With beautiful Nantucket Sound beaches nearby, guests can easily spend their days enjoying the ocean, biking the Cape Cod Rail Trail, boating, fishing, kayaking, or exploring scenic conservation areas and walking trails.
Downtown Harwich Port is one of our favorite spots, filled with great restaurants, local shops, ice cream stands, coffee spots, and lively summer events. Known as one of the top-rated beach towns in the USA, Harwich has the classic Cape Cod charm visitors are looking for while still feeling relaxed and authentic.
Being Mid-Cape also makes day trips easy and convenient. Guests can quickly explore nearby towns like Chatham, Orleans, Dennis, and Provincetown without spending hours in the car. Another unique feature of Harwich is the local ferry service to Nantucket, offering an easy and memorable day trip right from town.
