Enjoy your next beach vacation at this delightful condo located in the quintessential seaside Town of Harwichport, just a short walk to Wyndemere Bluffs beach and the Village of Harwichport. The charming Sloop John Beach House condo includes 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bathroom and a pull out queen size couch to accommodate 4 guests.

There is a community pool located just steps away from the front door where you can hang out or take a refreshing dip. A short walk will take you to Dairy Queen (7 min), Dunkin' (7 min) and Main St (10 -12 min). Once on Main St there are plenty of shops and restaurants to check out. Feel like taking a day trip to Nantucket? The ferry is just over 1 mile up the road and will get you to Nantucket in about 80 minutes.

The Space
The beach condo features a front patio with chairs, the use of a gas grill, pool access during the summer and an outdoor shower. The common area has picnic tables where you can enjoy a meal after a dip in the pool. The living space is open concept featuring a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge & freezer, Keurig, stove with oven, microwave and toaster. The living room has a pullout couch that sleeps 2, along with cable TV and wifi. The dining area table seats 4. Beyond the living area is the queen size bedroom and full bath with a tub/shower. There are 2 beach chairs, a smaller cooler and some beach toys for guests to use during their stay. Linens and bath towels are provided.<br /> <br /> Guest Access<br /> Guests will have access to all spaces on the main level of the condo. The loft area is excluded for safety reasons. There is one reserved parking spot for the unit with additional parking in the surrounding area for visitors.<br /> <br /> Things to Do<br /> The Harwich Chamber of Commerce's "The Port Summer Nights" is a can't miss event every Wednesday night from 5-8 on Main St. Always a great time and just a short walk away from the condo. There is also a free parking lot downtown if you prefer to drive.<br /> For beachcombers, there are several salt water beaches. If you want a smaller less crowded beach, it's an easy 5-7 minute walk to Wyndemere Bluffs Beach. If you would like a bigger beach with bathrooms, Bank St Beach is a short 4 min drive.<br /> For cycllists, the Cape Cod Cod Rail trail has a free parking lot at Headwaters Dr in Harwich - about 8 min away. Enjoy scenic views along the 26 mile paved trail.<br /> If you are into shopping, there are many shops along Route 28 with something for everyone. You'll find thrift shops, antiques, collectibles, clothes, toys, jewelry and gifts for everyone on your list.<br /> For golfers, the Harwichport Golf Club is a classic no frills 9 hole course, with no tee times and is cash only. Good for a quick nine before the beach, only a 2 min drive away. Also, Cranberry Valley Golf Course is an 18 hole course in Harwich - 8 minutes away.<br /> If you're looking for a great way to spend a summer evening, there'e nothing better than taking in a Cape Cod League baseball game featuring top collegiate athletes from across the country. You can see a Harwich Mariners game at Whitehouse Field which is a 7 min drive. <br /> <br /> Important Things to Note: <br /> Unfortunately there is NO AC, There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area, as well as other portable fans that can be used as necessary.
