Three separate living areas for rainy days & evening TV watching, games & puzzles. Outdoor grill areas & seating areas, chiminea & childrens play area with sandbox.
There are 4 bedrooms (king, queen & 4 twins), shower bath & laundry on the second floor, with 2 bedrooms (queen & twin) & a flexible front living room with daybed/trundle and full tub bath on first floor. The first-floor queen bedroom has a brand new, adjustable base.
Plenty of high quality cotton linens and towels are provided for your convenience, however, you can feel free to bring your own. There is a house plan/bed layout for planning. We use organic lawn food, have filtered water & recycling. We encourage hanging up towels & provide alternative cleaning products (baking soda, vinegar, hydrogen peroxide as examples).
Just minutes from the house and all walk-able: there are miles of walking trails, conservation, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, numerous restaurants providing dine in or takeout, several beaches for walking, fishing, crabbing. Within 45 minutes in either direction, there is the National Seashore, numerous Parks, Recreational areas, boat charters and nature centers. Seafood store, specialty grocery, gourmet bakery & ice cream all walking distance down the street, as well as lovely playground & Cape Cod Theater.
Antique wide pine floors, painted bead board & large enclosed sun room recall old Cape Cod but with all the modern conveniences. House capacity is 13 adults in beds with 2 toddler beds & 2 pack-n-play cribs.
Please note that our price includes cleaning and bed/bath linens in the weekly cost as many listings advertise one price and then add $200-$500 cleaning/linens fee.
Maximum car space is for 6 autos. 8/10 to Belmont Road Beach on Nantucket Sound, a nice family beach in West Harwich. The house accommodates every young children amenity, including high chair & excersaucer. It is airy and bright with plenty of room to spread out. It has a large, flat yard that is ideal for children of all ages. Two Gas grills/BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating for summer entertaining. The living space is casual and comfortable. The home is fully equipped with everything one could want for a Cape Cod vacation. If you don't see it, simply ask!

Harwich is located in the mid-Cape area of Cape Cod on Nantucket Sound with miles of ocean and freshwater beaches. The Cape Cod Rail Trail for bicycling runs through the town, and there are well over 600 acres of open space and conservation lands for walking, jogging and bird watching. Launch a kayak or boat down the street on the Herring River or explore Cape Cod’s largest fresh water pond, the 720 acre Long Pond. Miniature golf, trampolines and go-carts are just minutes away, as are restaurants, day spas, movie theaters, Cape Cod summer league baseball and great shopping. Wonderful public golf courses and tennis are close by. Harwich’s three gorgeous harbors beg to be photographed and provide easy ferry service to Nantucket and Seal Watches on beautiful Monomoy Island. Chatham's lighthouse, boutiques and fine dining are just 15 minutes down the road. A bit further out are Cape Cod National Seashore and lighthouses galore (Nauset, 3 Sisters, Truro). Provincetown's Pilgrim Monument, whale watches, shops, shows, art galleries and restaurants make for a wonderful day trip.
