This house boasts a fully-equipped kitchen that includes a vintage pantry with plenty of storage space. Next to the kitchen, is the dining room with seating for eight people. The dining room leads to the cozy living room where you can stream your favorite show/movie on the Smart TV. Also located on the first floor, is a full bathroom, stacked washer/dryer unit, and a spacious master bedroom. Upstairs, there is a ¾ bathroom, another spacious master bedroom, and two bedrooms; one with two twin beds and the other with two full beds.
This charming home also has a variety of outdoor areas for families and friends to gather. The screened-in porch, sheltered by large rhododendrons, is perfect for morning coffee or evening entertaining. In contrast, the front porch serves as an extension of the living room and provides a space to watch passersby, socialize, and play games. Additionally, the oversized back deck, with its seamless transition from the dining room, is another go-to spot and a great location for entertaining or hosting a family BBQ. Fishing charters, whale watching, seal excursions, sunset cruises, and a ferry to Nantucket are all available from Harwich. <br />

A public nine-hole golf course, mini-golf, go-karts, bumper boats, batting cages, and zip line, are all within a 5-10 minute drive from the house! Alternatively, take a short 10-minute walk to downtown Harwich Port for shopping, dining, and entertainment.<br />
