This spacious home with a water view is located in the quaint seashore town of Marion. Marion is one of the area's best kept secrets and makes for the perfect summer getaway with its rare natural beauty and small town charm. Lovely water views from the living room and two bedrooms. Located on a private road with beach rights and boat launch nearby. Great for kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, and just relaxing at the beach. Enjoy Silvershell Beach in town, all without the Cape traffic!

There is air conditioning, all cookware, linens provided, beach towels, wet bags for boating , kayaks blow dryer, internet, cable tv. Large yard for summer fun games and large private deck with gas grill. Seating for 6 and comfortable outdoor sectional to relax after a day at the beach.

House has deeded rights to a dock, a great place to sit and watch the sunset. Owner lives in town and is easy to communicate with.

    This home has it all. Great location in Marion- with a beautiful water view!! We all loved being able to walk across the street to go kayaking, ride bikes in the morning and then head to the beach in the afternoon.

    I have 4 adult children- and although they did not all stay there at the same time- they could have - as the house had plenty of room.

    In addition to the beautiful living room, large kitchen, this house also has a large deck which we loved using in the morning at breakfast and then again in the early evening for appetizer before we headed out to dinner.

    Also - I should add that the house is beautifully furnished- was very clean and the host Diane was very nice and super accommodating!!     show more show less

    This is a light, spacious and well maintained home on a charming private peninsula with small beaches and a swimming dock nearby. The house came with bikes and kayaks and a ski tube, and a beach pass for the town beach. The back deck is an oasis after a long day on the water. The area is so quiet and mellow with natural sounds, including the local osprey families hunting together, the only noise we heard. The best part were the landlords, their communication and commitment to making us happy and comfortable throughout our stay was at the top of the scale I've experienced, having rented beach houses in the area for 14 summers now. Highly recommend and great job to the landlords for making our two weeks on the water perfect in every way! show more show less

    Gorgeous seaside home a stone's throw from a beautiful secluded beach. We travelled with our four children - 5, 7, 9 and 12 - they all loved jumping off the pier, kayaking until sunset, paddle boarding, cycling. Diane and Mike could not have been more helpful. Amazing hosts. We're coming back..

    What is special about this property?
    This home is wonderful with waterviews from the large picture living room window.
    Nice private deck., ample parking.
    House is fully equipped and offers two kayaks, paddle board and bikes.

    What is special about your town?
    Quaint seashore community.
    Small beach at end of road and parking pass provided for town beach, with playground, and snack shack.
