Lovely water view home w/central AC

This home has it all. Great location in Marion- with a beautiful water view!! We all loved being able to walk across the street to go kayaking, ride bikes in the morning and then head to the beach in the afternoon.

I have 4 adult children- and although they did not all stay there at the same time- they could have - as the house had plenty of room.

In addition to the beautiful living room, large kitchen, this house also has a large deck which we loved using in the morning at breakfast and then again in the early evening for appetizer before we headed out to dinner.

Also - I should add that the house is beautifully furnished- was very clean and the host Diane was very nice and super accommodating!! show more show less

This is a light, spacious and well maintained home on a charming private peninsula with small beaches and a swimming dock nearby. The house came with bikes and kayaks and a ski tube, and a beach pass for the town beach. The back deck is an oasis after a long day on the water. The area is so quiet and mellow with natural sounds, including the local osprey families hunting together, the only noise we heard. The best part were the landlords, their communication and commitment to making us happy and comfortable throughout our stay was at the top of the scale I've experienced, having rented beach houses in the area for 14 summers now. Diane was very helpful with the entire process as this was my first time renting on Airbnb. She was responsive to any questions we had. The location in Marion was fantastic, quiet and relaxing.

Gorgeous seaside home a stone's throw from a beautiful secluded beach. We travelled with our four children - 5, 7, 9 and 12 - they all loved jumping off the pier, kayaking until sunset, paddle boarding, cycling. Diane and Mike could not have been more helpful. Amazing hosts. We're coming back..
