Enjoy the sunset or sunrise from the eating area overlooking Aucoot Harbor. Walk or bike to Silvershell Beach (less than a mile), to downtown Marion with a stop at the Marion General Store or to grab a gourmet sandwich at Kate's Simple Eats. Enjoy ice cream and watch the boats at the town wharf.

You'll have quick access to Cape Cod and New Bedford. Take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket via Cape Air out of New Bedford or a ferry from Cape Cod. A day trip to Cuttyhunk out of New Bedford is also a fun adventure. Fish out of Buzzards Bay, or kayak and paddle board out at Nemasket Kayak Center in Wareham or Onset.

This is a perfect spot whether you prefer to relax or would like to venture out and explore.

Also close to Tabor Academy if you're visiting the school.

    We are busy professionals and while we love our summer home, we don't get there as much as we would like. We truly enjoy allowing others to enjoy all that our home has to offer.

    What is special about this property?
    Our home has been beautifully renovated, tactfully furnished and meticulously maintained. It is situated in a lovely spot with a water view and close to downtown Marion and the beach. The backyard and deck offer outdoor areas perfect for cooking out and relaxing.

    What is special about your town?
    Marion is a charming seaside town with a lovely beach, delicious restaurants and a quaint downtown area including an old-fashioned general store. Kittansett golf course is located in Marion and overlooks Buzzards Bay and is listed as one of the top 100 golf courses. There are several lovely hiking and walking trails for nature lovers. The town is popular for walking, running and biking. Marion, MA is also the home to Tabor Academy.
