First time renting this property. The house is coziness, clean and comfort. The owner is most accommodating. The house is conveniently situated near beach. I hope to return next year. Highly recommend it.

We very much enjoyed our stay in your home in Popponesset Beach. The house is very quaint and felt like home. The location is very accessible to the marketplace and beach. We found the house to be clean and just like advertised!

The family had a wonderful time again this year! The weather was fabulous. The house is perfect with the well equipped kitchen, sitting room and living room, space for all of us. We always enjoy the deck, outside shower, fire pit and plenty of parking. The kids love the walk to the Beach and Market Place and it's so nice to have the beach buggy and toys.

Overall, I could not have been happier with our stay. We rented the property for a family wedding at the Poppy Inn. The location was perfect, walk to beach small shops and Raw Bar.

The house was more than big enough for our extended family, loved the downstairs area perfect for the kids to hang out.

Overall, the property was super clean, the outside deck had plenty of space for all of us to hang out. It had everything we need and more. The family members that came by that weren't staying with us commented they wish they had found the place before us! It's clear Donald takes great pride in the home and ensuring guest have a great time!

Donald was super responsive and answered all our questions. He went above and beyond when a family member left a few things behind.

I wouldn't hesitate to rent again and if your thinking of renting in the future this is the place for you

Quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, great for walks, bike rides and exploring. The nearby private association beach is a very quick walk and beautiful to sit, swim, or stroll down to the spit. The marketplace was close and easy to get to for coffee, lunch or supplies. The walking trails thru the woods can be accessed nearby. The house was very clean and comfortable for us and our 4 (young) adult children. We were able to spread out, and they could play games in the basement family room after we went to bed. The house is well equipt; there are plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, and bedding. The owner Donald was extremely easy to work with, gave us suggestions for things to do and was always responsive to our questions. We look forward to going back on another holiday break.

The place was very clean, had everything we needed and was in a great location.

This beach house is by far the most well equipped of any we've visited. There's a surprisingly large backyard for cornhole and a lovely firepit for s'mores ( skewers included). The shed has a beach cart, chairs, games, and beach toys. The house feels like a private retreat in the woods, but is only a short walk to the beach. No long set of steps to the sand, just walk straight out! We rarely saw a car in front of the house, just neighbors walking their dog or kids riding bikes. This is a very safe and homey location. It was helpful to have four living areas to spread out. The side deck is very large with a nice patio set and lounge chairs for relaxing. All three generations loved our stay!

Our family enjoyed staying at your house last week with its close proximity to the bridge and beach. The house was clean, spacious and the outside shower is a must.

We spent a beautiful week in June in Popponessett at Donald's home. The home was a perfect fit for two families of four with children under ten years old along with a set of grandparents. Everyone had their own space and the basement room was an excellent kid zone for sleeping and playing.

The location of the house is perfect. It was quiet and a quick walk to the beach or Marketplace. The home was well stocked with kitchen supplies and towels and linens. We enjoyed the outdoor shower greatly! Donald has a water station that also made things easier and was a great bonus. Another great feature was the controlled climate that kept everyone cool after a hot day at the beach. Additionally, the washer and dryer in one if the bathrooms was convenient and helpful.

We loved our week and would definitely rent this home again!

It was the first time we stayed at the Cape in September and it was great. The house was really comfortable and plenty of room for all of us. Nice quiet neighborhood and we loved the short walk to the beach.

We love this area and have been vacationing here for over 25 years. The owner was very accomodating and we would love to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay last summer in Popponesset. This home is deceptively large with a large sunken family room off of the living room and kitchen. The home has multiple sky lights in the living area and an overall open feel as well as a large deck. There is an additional finished living space in the basement with two additional bedrooms, which allowed plenty of room for our family and visitors to spread out.

The property is a short walk to Deans Pond and across to the beach. It is also a short bike ride to the marketplace.

The owner Donald made us feel very safe, coming in to clean a full day ahead of our stay as an extra precaution during the pandemic. The home was clean and well-cared for. We highly recommend considering this home for your vacation in Popponesset!
