Master bedroom has king size bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. Loft has 2 twins. Great kitchen and new baths with all amenities. Washer and dryer. Central AC. Hardwood floors throughout. Home also features several large flatscreen TVs, free wireless broadband, cable, and phone service. Netflix and Amazon Prime video services also included. Rental fee includes turnover cleaning for full week rentals. 6 pool passes included with rental. Sheets and towels are NOT included. Close to all Brewster has to offer. 5 minute drive to bay beaches. You'll love this house and you'll love Ocean Edge!

Please note new MA lodging tax for the town of Brewster is 14.45% of total rental amount. We do not keep any of this tax - it is paid to the State of Massachusetts and a portion is remitted to the cities, but we are obligated to collect it.

Brewster Gem

This is a lovely, clean, comfortable, and well maintained home. We stayed here a few times over the years, and always came back with beautiful family memories. It really felt like our home away from home. Wally and Lisa are so sweet and easy to work with. I can't say enough about this Brewster gem!

Lisa and Wally have owned this house since 2005, and have been vacationing on the cape since before they had children (all grown up now!). We work on the house every summer before rental season and visit a few times a year even though we live in Michigan. We want our guests to feel comfortable and at home and make great memories when they visit.

What is special about this property?
Our house is very close to 6A, so really close to the rail trail, coffee shops, and to beaches.

What is special about your town?
Brewster is our favorite town on the cape - easy drive, laid back atmosphere, lots of great beaches, restaurants, and the bike trail!
