This beautiful property is set to comfortably accommodate 4 people with a dining table plus 2 barstools, a large sofa sectional in the living room, and a colorful patio area with gas grill. The living room is air conditioned, with a large TV. The sofa turns into a bed if needed! A brand new kitchen features all stainless appliances, stocked with all necessities for a rental and beyond (including an automatic ice maker).In the Primary Bedroom you will find a queen size bed with beautifully matching furniture and new A/C system for your comfort, as well as  a TV! This bedroom also has its own bathroom. The secondary bedroom contains 2 twin beds as well as a TV and a New A/C system! Air purifiers are provided throughout the condo as an option for guest use.

Sponsored Guest Pool Passes:
This property allows the purchase of Sponsored Guest Pool Passes.

For the 2025 summer season, rates are:
Daily: $25 per adult | $10 per child (ages 6–15)
Weekly: $80 per adult | $40 per child(Children 5 and under do not require a pass)

Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children’s Activities throughout the Villages.

Tennis & Pickleball fees:
Fletcher $20/hour per court | Bay Pines $24/hour per court.

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
