This newly updated, traditional townhouse unit in Howland Village has been a favorite for guests and recently had the bathrooms renovated. The kitchen's new granite counter tops and the Pottery Barn accents throughout give this rental a refreshing look. The open concept living room and dining room were recently updated with new furniture, bamboo flooring, and a 60-inch flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a half bath conveniently located on the first floor. Sliders off the living room lead to a tranquil patio, furnished with a table & chairs and a gas grill for outdoor dining. A straight staircase leads to the second floor where you will find the two bedrooms, a full bath with separate vanity area, and a washer/dryer set. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV with DVD player, AC, and a Juliet balcony that overlooks the private wooded backyard. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is decorated with white wicker furniture that includes a bookcase filled with board games and DVDs for family fun.
