Newly renovated, this townhome features updated central AC and an enclosed loft that serves as a third bedroom. The primary bedroom is on the first floor and features a queen sized bed with TV/DVD. The second bedroom is also on the first floor and has two additional twin beds. The second level leads to an enclosed loft with two twin beds and TV/DVD.
The kitchen is newly renovated with granite countertops and equipped with all the amenities of home, with the adjacent dining room comfortably seating six. Laminate floors run throughout the living room with flat screen TV and comfy sofa, loveseat, and chair. Enjoy your evenings on the oversized private patio that is fully furnished with a lovely outdoor patio set and gas grill for outdoor dining!
