This wonderful A-style Billington Village unit features 2 bedrooms and an open loft, as well as a remodeled kitchen. Both bedrooms and the living room have A/C. Up the straight staircase, you will find the open loft area with 2 twin beds and a set of twin bunk beds, and a ceiling fan. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor, with comfortable king-sized  bed,  AC, flat screen TV and a full bath. The 2nd bedroom, located on the main floor has a queen-sized bed,  AC, and a flat screen TV, spacious, an adjoining full bath. The remodeled  kitchen has stainless appliances and all the amenities of home. There is seating for 6 in the dining area. The living room has comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and A/C. Sliders off the living room lead to the patio with grill and outdoor furnishings. Additional amenities include: washer/dryer and WIFI Internet access, Apple TV and premium Cable TV Service.

This property allows you to purchase pool passes*.
For the 2023 summer season, the daily pass rate is $20/adult and $10/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $70/adult and $30/child. Children 5 and under do not require a pass.

*POOL PASSES are NOT INCLUDED and must be PURCHASED separately DURING YOUR STAY. The Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.

Travel Insurance is available upon request.
