The kitchen with quartz countertops has all the amenities of home, including a microwave & drip coffee maker. The living room offers cable TV and a ceiling fan. Sliders off the living room lead to the furnished enlarged patio. Additional amenities include washer/dryer, charcoal grill, and WIFI Internet access.
