We have stayed at the Binder condo twice now and we loved it both times. The house is clean and very well equipped with everything we need. Walking around the Ocean Edge property or at Crosby Beach is great, as is the easy access to the bike trail. We definitely plan to come back again.

This is our 2nd year staying here and it was just as good the 2nd time. They really go out of the way to make you feel welcome and there are never any surprises. We will be back again next year!

Just wanted to say this townhouse was awesome. We've stayed in four other townhomes within Ocean Edge and this has the most efficient layout. We have a family of five adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. We were thrilled with how stocked the kitchen was with respect to plates, glasses, pots, pans, blender, etc. Having all the tools made dinner prep a joy. The townhouse was extremely clean, the beds were comfy, the living furniture was great.

There was also a lot of great games and the wide variety of books. We really loved the added bonus of being able to go out the back entrance of Ocean Edge as it was a real time-saver.

Over at the mansion, there were nightly outdoor activities that included live music, games (cornhole, frisbee), fire pits and nice outdoor couches. Don't miss the Beach Bar - it's a highlight for our family.

Without question, we'll be coming back. Don't hesitate to rent this townhouse.

We had a very relaxing time at this wonderfully clean and well appointed townhouse! The Ocean Edge grounds were also beautiful, with a lot of great summertime activities to choose from. We especially enjoyed the nearby outdoor pool and grill.

We loved our time at Lauren and John's townhouse, it's in a great location with lots to do. The owners are responsive and friendly and made the process easy. The place is clean, modern, and well-stocked, we will be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay in at your lovely condo at Ocean Edge. My husband and I and our two young kids had such a fun week together. We loved the patio and had morning coffee and many of our meals out there.

The roads within Ocean Edge are perfect for a daily run or walk and were so peaceful in the morning. I appreciated and admired the beautiful flowers. We got the weekly pool passes and enjoyed both the Arbor outdoor pool and Fletcher indoor pool on cooler days.

The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed. The Weber electric grill worked great. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice having 2 full bathrooms. This condo was truly perfect for our family of 4.

The beach chairs were really good quality and could be carried like a backpack which was very helpful. I personally think Billington is the nicest neighborhood in Ocean Edge. The road has been freshly paved (great for kids to bike ride) and all of the townhouses are so well kept.

Things to do:
Linx Tavern has a beautiful patio and we had a lovely Father's Day dinner there together. We ventured to Paine's Creek Beach and First Encounter (Eastham) for a fun day of crab hunting at low tide, checked out the seals at Chatham fish pier, and played mini golf and rented bikes off Underpass Rd and rode all the way to Eastham.

We spent an afternoon at Breakwater Beach (another great crab hunting spot) and caught the sunset twice on the bay side beaches and it was spectacular!

The grocery store is about 5 minutes away, Stone L'oven pizza, JT's Seafood and Breakwater Seafood were all delicious. Perfect combination of beach, pool and adventuring.

This was a last minute much needed fall visit (first time) to the Cape for some health-care professionals in western MA. After 3 long days of combing the internet for the right town and location, comfortable and clean accommodations and great people to rent from, we found this little gem and the owners, Lauren and John.

From the first phone call through the check-out day, they stayed in complete touch for any little question, need, concern or recommendations. After all, they have owned this place for 20+ years. They were not in charge of the weather, but we felt the great way they took care of everything, especially at the last minute, brought us sunshine everyday.

To discuss a few things we loved most; first, coffee on their patio every morning is the best way to wake up in Brewster. As health care professionals, we felt that every single thing that could be done to sanitize, clean and decrease any worries during covid-19 days, had been done! We were happy to leave behind one of everything they left for us upon our arrival. Everything in the condo worked great! The wi-fi was an added bonus to watch some of our Amazon videos we finally had time to enjoy. Next to the patio, was the comfortable family room with 2 couches and then, the very comfortable bedroom. With a back fusion, bed comfort is important. We loved the little "breezeway" into the condo, which allowed us to store 2 kayaks during this quiet off season, rented from Jacks in Wellfleet.

We chose to eat out every other night and cook in. The kitchen is well-stocked!

While we did not use the indoor pool, it is a very nice facility. We also left our bikes on the patio, and brought a tarp, but thank goodness, no rain. Parking was so easy and the village was nice and quiet, with more occupants coming in on the weekend. Peaceful is the right word.

Our first night was a quick stop into the Brewster Chowder House for dinner and yes, the chowder was great. We compared 4 different places during the week. The pamphlets and well-thought out 3 ring folders Lauren and John supplied, we actually took with us in the car, as we explored! Very helpful. To avoid washing bathmats on the last day, and any kitchen towels, we brought our own. We also felt better bringing our own sheets, blankets, mattress pads and pillows. We did this earlier in the summer on another vacation we drove to. Easy at the end. Lauren shared this was the quietest of all the villages. It's true.

We are not golfers, but did enjoy all the outdoors had to offer around the Cape. Do not miss the sunsets near the tidal flats, Skaket Beach, Mayflower Beach and more. On the way back from Skaket at 7:30 pm, we were ecstatic to try the Cape Cod Creamery in Dennis for "dinner"! Not to be missed.

Hole in One in Eastham had the best fresh donuts and blueberry pancakes with a nice outdoor patio. APT had a great 5 course dinner on an outdoor patio with personal firepits. Do not miss heading to the Chatham fish pier to watch the playful seals, gulls and unloading of the fishing boats around 5 pm. All the lighthouses were great and Race Point and Herring Cove in P-town had great sunsets. The Lobster Claw in P-town is family owned since 1979 and not to be missed. Art's Dune Tours in P town, we did not get to do, but the dunes are amazing. We kayaked on Flax and Sheep ponds and Pilgrim Lake. The CCRT is a nice ride and the Nauset trail, while much more hilly, is short and spectacular ending at Coast Guard Beach.

While Shaw's is a nice grocery store, Friends Market is a little more expensive, but sells beer and wine, so more one-stop shopping if in a hurry.

My family and I were fortunate to stay at this beautiful townhouse, nestled in the breathtaking and family friendly Ocean Edge Resort. Booking the town house was a breeze and Lauren could not have been more helpful with making sure we were able to secure our week.

Upon our arrival we found the townhouse to not only be impeccably clean, but also beautifully appointed. All rooms are pulled together with a calming blue and white motif. The rooms are spacious enough where everyone felt they had enough room to relax. The kitchen was outfitted with all the amenities one would need and the washer and dryer was a much welcomed convenience.

My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio, inhaling the the scents of the hydrangea blooms and were even visited by a few turkeys, much to our children's delight. Beach trips were made easy as the townhome is stocked with chairs and umbrellas and access to the rail trail from the resort is very easy.

Were we thrilled to spend our 13th year in Brewster and certainly hope to rent this space next summer.

Our family of 4 spent a wonderful week here in mid July and would absolutely go back again next year. Booking was a breeze and communication was easy. Lauren is a great source of information and lovely to talk to as well!

The condo itself is in the prettiest (in my opinion) part of the Ocean's Edge Resort (although all of the areas are very nice). Upon arrival we found the unit to be absolutely spotless, nice and cool and ready for a fun week's stay. The beds and sofas are comfy and there is plenty of room to stretch out and relax. We loved the view from the living room toward the back yard area; the landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen space is adequate and VERY well stocked with anything you could possibly need.

We were very impressed with the tips and guest info binder, detailing anything you might want to know about the area, activities, fun things to do, grocery store locations, etc... We used two of the pools while there (every day) and found them to be clean and comfortable. It was comforting to see that the staff took great care in adhering to COVID rules, as did everyone else we saw. There are lots of fun games and things to keep you busy on a rainy day too! There is a closet full of excellent quality beach chairs and some toys and beach bags as well. It was essential that we had access to a washer and dryer while there and used it often. We also used the grill daily!

We love staying in Brewster and Lauren and John's condo was just perfect for us...I bet you would like it too!

We stayed here in July of 2019 with our four children and the accommodations could not have been better!!!! John and Lauren have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. . . .we didn't even need to bring our own beach chairs! This was our eighth year staying at Oceans Edge and our second year staying in Billington, this is by far our favorite village because of the access to The Links and Pool!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed in John and Lauren's Ocean Edge home, and it really is a perfect fit for our family. We can count on the townhouse being spotless when we arrive, and well stocked with everything we need to cook and eat in on the days/nights we'd rather not dine out. John and Lauren have really thought of everything, and made sure that it's provided. That includes guides to local attractions and restaurants; instructions for using all of the major appliances; as well as a trove of books, games, and other items, all designed to make one's stay more pleasant.

The location is ideal, central to a variety of beaches, as well as numerous attractions for young and older children. Plus, Ocean Edge has a lot of events right on site, such as movie nights, kayak rentals, and beach fires on Bay Pines Beach where you can watch the sunset, or roast marshmallows and make your own S'mores. You could easily spend a week here, if you chose to, without ever leaving the property.

Our week at John and Lauren's home is one we look forward to all year. I'm sure we'll be returning next summer for another amazing week.

My wife and I have rented this condo in Brewster with our boys for a couple of years now. It is located at Ocean Edge, which has plenty of pools including an indoor pool for the kids. The condo is spotless and owners are so easy to deal with. The location is also perfect for beach get aways throughout Cape Cod. The resort also offers a lovely private beach if you prefer to stay local. What can I say. It’s the Cape and it’s marvelous. Do not have one negative thing to say! Enjoy!

We had the pleasure of staying in this home for 2 weeks! It was an absolute pleasure. Beautifully maintained, well appointed and enough room for everyone to enjoy our time in Ocean Edge.

We had a wonderful experience renting this condo for our vacation. It is clean and well maintained. The owners are very attentive and left a nice welcome package for us. We have 2 girls 7 and 9 and they loved having the upstairs loft and bedroom to hang out in. We had lots of fun at the beaches nearby but also using the facilities at Ocean Edge - especially the pools since the girls love to swim. We also enjoyed being near the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Brewster is a great town as well with much to offer. I highly recommend this unit for your Cape Cod vacation. It was everything we needed to enjoy our time at the Cape.

We have stayed at Ocean Edge before in other units, but this was the nicest one we've stayed in. It's been updated, is comfortable and well stocked. Our 2 young children enjoyed it as well. The owners were very accessible and easy to communicate with. They are clearly experienced in rentals and it shows with the care and efficiency that went into the process. Having access to the pools was fantastic. We had a great time and would come back again in a heartbeat.

I especially appreciated the updates to living room furniture, the renovated downstairs bathroom, and new queen mattress which was very comfortable. Also appreciated was the fully-stocked kitchen, which literally had everything we needed! A minor point, which added to the overall convenience of the condo, was the addition of multi-prong electrical jacks and extension cords to handle charging of phones, placement of fans, etc. Another factor that indeed came in handy was the location of the condo very near the exit to the resort, thereby making travel outside Ocean Edge quite easy.

This unit was very clean and had plenty of room for my family to spread out and have privacy when desired. Ocean Edge itself offered many outlets for young adults, including the pools, basketball court and gyms. All-in-all, this was the perfect getaway, and I would do it again!

This was our second year renting John and Lauren's Ocean Edge townhouse, and I suspect next summer will be our third.

The property is clean and well lit, with lots of natural light. Clean is important to us, and we always find their home spotless upon arrival. The kitchen contained everything we needed to cook and dine in, which we did most mornings and a few evenings. The outdoor patio area was lovely as well, the perfect place to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee. I also have to point out, that while no one wants to do laundry while they're on vacation, having a washer and dryer in the townhouse was a huge convenience.

We had a great week weather-wise, but the owners were kind enough to stock their home with a variety of rainy day activities, such as puzzle books, decks of cards, and a nice assortment of reading material. They also provided information on local beaches, area attractions, and dining options.

We had no issues whatsoever during our stay, but it's always nice to know that John and Lauren are easily reached by telephone should a problem arise. If you're looking for a rental property in the Brewster area, I would recommend this particular home without hesitation.

We came back for another stay in this lovely home on the Cape. It is cozy and well maintained with enough space for our family of 5. Our 3 boys (9, 9, and 12 years old) enjoyed the stay as much as last year with a lot of activities to do around Ocean Edge and near all the beaches of the National Seashore.

This was a modern, nicely furnished, and well kept home! Plenty of room for our family of 5, our kids (14, 12, 10) had more than enough room between the upstairs bedroom and loft. The kitchen was stocked to meet all of our needs and we enjoyed several meals out on the patio. The owners Lauren and John were 100% responsive, very friendly and a pleasure to work with. The real reason we love Ocean Edge is our kids LOVE the pools! Great place to spend a week. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Loved the townhouse! Perfect for our family, as the kids were able to have the second floor to themselves. Awesome location with close access to beach, pool access passes available and basketball/tennis courts. Enjoyed Cape Baseball games, mini golf, bike trails and caught the Orleans 4th of July parade. Perfect Cape vacation, and loved the convenience this townhouse offered.

We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay in Brewster. The townhouse was immaculate and the guest information provided gave us a very thorough overview of Ocean Edge, as well as the surrounding areas. Lauren reached out to us within 24 hours of our arrival to see if we had any questions about the property, and encouraged us to contact her or her husband John should any issues arise.

The house was bright and airy, and extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked and ate dinner in most nights. We also made use of the outdoor patio area, which was very pretty and peaceful.

We had a variety of pools to choose from on-site, and we also took advantage of the opportunity to kayak on Blueberry Pond, also located at Ocean Edge. Best of all, we could access the Cape Cod Rail Trail without leaving the complex. We found Brewster to be a very central location for us, whether we wanted to head to the bay beaches, or take a drive to Provincetown.

I would not hesitate to book this property again in the future. Both John and Lauren were both an absolute pleasure to deal with.

My family & I stayed here in August 2016. The new living room furniture was stylish & comfortable. The entire Townhouse house was clean, well equipped & decorated lovely! The pool was close by, & the staff at the pool was very friendly! We would stay at John & Lauren's vacation home again!

As our first time on Cape Cod, we loved this charming townhouse so well maintained and very peaceful. The space was perfect for our family of 5. It is well located surrounded by the golf course and we appreciated a lot the walks around it at night on the paved paths. 10 minutes drive from Nauset Beach, which was one of our favorites to do body surfing.

Brewster is centrally located if you want to explore the Cape from Hyannis to Provincetown.

Ocean Edge is a beautiful complex well situated on the Cape. The amenities and grounds are very well maintained and very quiet at night. I have stayed at several units at Ocean Edge over the years, and this is by far my favorite. I particularly like the room configuration. Most of the townhouses have the master bedroom on the second floor and in this unit it is on the first floor with lots of room for others on the second floor. We are an older couple and find it convenient not to do the stairs.

It is also an extremely well equipped condo both in terms of supplies and equipment. Last week we cooked a Thanksgiving dinner for our friends and found everything we needed. It feels more like staying in a friend's home than a rental condo. Whenever I go to the Cape, I will check first to see if this unit is available before booking anything else.

We had a wonderful vacation at Ocean Edge in this well appointed and comfortable Billington Village Townhouse. Our gracious hosts left a welcome bag full of goodies to cheer us up from the weekend traffic and the Ocean Edge facilities were great. There is an optional per guest fee to use those facilities but the total cost and value we felt were reasonable. We brought our bicycles to use the nearby rail trail which conveniently runs thru Ocean Edge. We went to Brewster Town Hall to buy a weekly beach parking permit (needed between 9 and 3PM at the town beaches) and a weekly shellfishing permit which allowed us to rake 10 quarts of quohogs on Sunday or Thursday from the Brewster Flats at Saint's Landing Beach. We swam at Nauset Beach and kayaked from Town Cove in Orleans, visited numerous ice cream parlors and ventured up to the downtown and breakwater walk in Provincetown from this centrally located home. We highly recommend this rental, and enjoy the memories you will make here!!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property during the month of July. The owners have thought of everything and are so accommodating. The property is in a great location for exploring all the Cape has to offer and you have access to the amenities at Ocean's Edge as well. The condo is very quiet, well stocked and located near the rear entrance which was extremely convenient when leaving the resort (which we didn't like to do as everything you need is there!) My children loved their room on the second floor and going up and down the spiral staircase. We are looking forward to returning to this property in the future.

This is a great condo for our family of 5. Accommodations were good, in working condition & easy to use. Beds/pillows were comfortable. And its was CLEAN. Location of condo within Ocean Edge is ideal. We've stayed at many different condos here, and this one was voted "the best" by all 5 family members. :-)

Brewster is centrally located for incredible sunrises and sunsets as well as many great beaches in town & nearby towns.

Our family recently stayed at this townhouse at Ocean Edge Resort for our second year. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Our surroundings at the townhouse were extremely quiet. For many years we stayed at another Ocean Edge Condo on the golf course. However, we were awoken very early every morning by noise of the golf course grooming equipment. It was a complete pleasure to be able to sleep in at this quiet townhouse past 7 am. The townhouse is extremely well stocked with everything. The owners even installed a/c this year. Our week was cool enough not to necessitate the use of the new a/c but we truly appreciate the fact that it was there in the event we would need it. My son and I enjoyed reading in the seclusion of the upstairs loft area. There's also a nice patio area to enjoy a quiet breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We find this Brewster location very convenient. It's about a 45 minute to hour drive to either end of the Cape. It's also conveniently located next to the rail trail and Ocean Edge has bike rentals on site. When our children were young they enjoyed the many beaches on the bay side of Brewster. Now that they are older, we head over to Nauset Beach which is only about a 15 to 20 minute drive from the townhouse. If you are looking for a great place for ice cream, we highly recommend the old fashioned Brewster Store. They have the best ice cream around! Ocean Edge also has great outdoor pools as well as one indoor pool. On our last day we always relax by the Fletcher pool, shower in their facility and stop for an early dinner. By the time we head home we miss all the Cape traffic. We highly recommend this townhouse.

We stayed at this lovely condo over Thanksgiving so we could spend time with our friends in an adjacent unit. The condo was very well equipped, warm and comfortable. We love the area and always find fun things to do throughout the year. The indoor pool is a real find in the winter. The owners were very cordial and accommodating. I can recommend this rental and look forward to being there again.

We had a wonderful vacation and would love to be able to come back next year! I felt like I was at home. I did not have to worry about forgetting something as, if I did, it was in the condo!! My boys loved their own room with bunk beds and bathroom and of course the spiral staircase!!! My boys were able to bike ride, and I was not nervous about letting them ride by themselves. The pools were also wonderful. The only complaint I have is that the indoor pool closes at 8, and that is a little too early. Great vacation, thank you Lauren and John!!!

We had a wonderful week at the Cape and found this townhouse very comfortable. It truly felt like a home-away-from-home. The owners kept it very well stocked. They really thought of everything! Our children enjoyed reading in the seclusion of the loft area. Ample televisions allowed everyone to watch their choice of television shows in the evenings. We were able to enjoy breakfasts on the quiet patio in the mornings. Over the course of the week, we had great weather - it only rained once. Our family spent the rainy day reading and also swimming at the Fletcher indoor pool at Ocean Edge. We spent our days at Breakwater Beach and Nauset Beach so we were able to experience the bay side as well as the ocean side of the Cape. Also, we enjoyed a delicious late lunch in Provincetown and stopped to watch a beautiful sunset at Race Point. We stayed after dark and were able to see three shooting stars...such a fantastic evening! Another pleasant place where we viewed a magnificent sunset was at the Ocean Edge Mansion Terrace. It's a wonderful place to stop and have dinner or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun set. Our favorite restaurant was Morelli's Taverna in Brewster. We also loved the fact that we were able to rent bikes on the Ocean Edge property and could access the rail trail directly from Ocean Edge. We spent Saturday, our last day, swimming at the outdoor Fletcher pool and made a day of it. We swam, read, enjoyed lunch at the pool and were able to shower there before heading out for dinner. This extension of the day allowed us to leave the Cape after dinner thereby avoiding the traffic coming home. We highly recommend this townhouse and plan to return for another fun vacation!

My family and I stayed at the townhouse Aug 3 - 10. The home was very well stocked and super clean. Plenty of room for a family of 5. The home is located on a quiet street yet offers very easy access to the pools, tennis courts and restaurants on the property. Ocean Edge is a great place to stay with kids because you have the option to have a pool day. We really enjoyed the amenities and will absolutely return!

The homeowners left us a lovely welcome basket with all sorts of goodies......very nice touch!

The condo was perfect for us. They have thought of everything and are so organized with info about the condo and the area. Our family had a great time at the condo. The boys loved having their own space in the loft. They also loved the spiral staircase and the bunk beds. I really enjoyed sitting on the patio with a cup of tea. The setting was beautiful and peaceful; just what I needed.

The condo was great! Plenty of space for us to relax and unwind, and Ocean Edge was ideal! The indoor pool came in handy during the rain and we had a chance to check out the Arbor pool and some of the local beaches on the sunny days. We will definitely be in touch for future Cape vacations!

The patio outside was where we ate dinner most every night overlooking the lovely courtyard! The loft was a great spot for the kids to relax. The Arbor pool movie night is great, as well as the Bon Fire on the Beach over at the mansion - take the shuttle from Arbor pool. You've thought of everything for your condo - what a relaxing, comfy atmosphere you've created!

We have been renting your unit every summer for the past five years and have been renting at Ocean Edge for over 13 years. Your unit is our favorite and our children (now 13 and 15) consider this to be their second home!

The kids fought over the bunk beds and loved the spiral staircase. The games were a huge hit, too.
