The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Main bedroom with king bed and private bath. Guest bedroom with queen bed. Kids" bedroom has two twin beds.

Finished basement includes 3 twin beds, 1 trundle, queen sofa bed. New full bath inside and outdoor shower outside the "doghouse" exit.

The backyard has a brand new patio with pergola and patio dining for 10.

We will provide 2 kayaks and a Barnstable beach pass to use at any of the 7 public beaches in Barnstable!

    Quiet lot with views of East Bay, short walk to Osterville village/center and walking distance to Dowses Beach, Crosby's marina and Chart Room, and West Bay.

    What is special about your town?
    Arrive by boat or air, Barnstable Airport lands commercial, charter, and private airplanes. Town of Barnstable has 6 public beaches (5 ocean, 1 pond) and boat ramps at several public launch sites. Osterville village has great local merchants, two upscale restaurants in the village, and a ''chart room'' restaurant next to the drydock resting spot of America3, 1992 winner of America's Cup. Many shopping outlets and major retail centers in Hyannis Village. Find more upscale shopping and wide selection of restaurants at the Mashpee Commons.
