    We had a great time at Colleen's Beach House. All updated. Property was perfect. Beach was awesome and lots of places to eat nearby.

    Relaxing Beach Retreat

    The house was better than shown. Fully equipped very clean and large. Yard was wonderful for playing volleyball with the kids, relaxing and letting dog use freely, fully fenced in. Plenty of parking and private yard.

    Beach was amazing! We could take the dog , short walk for the house and sandy wide open. It was easily accessible too.

    We are already talking dates for next year. Looking forward to working with Colleen again!

    Clean and spacious Beach House

    We stayed at Beach Oasis in Priscilla Beach for a family gathering a neighborhood over. The house was beyond our expectations. Well stocked with spices, supplies, dishware, cookware, linens, towels etc. The house was spacious, very clean and all updated. Great chefs Kitchen, large back deck with propane grille and a huge side private yard.

    The private beach was sandy and expansive which was a big bonus. Short walk and Colleen was easy to work with and terrific with communication at all times. show more show less

    Relaxing, Bright, and Beachy Stay!

    The house is well outfitted with everything you need to cook a fabulous meal for a large group. Plenty of space with two oversized living rooms and smart tvs. There are 4 bedrooms that were a good size with new linens. Plenty of clothing storage, accessible washer/dryer as well as bedroom on the first floor which worked great for our parents. We had a few days with warmer than normal temps and could enjoy the beach with our dogs. They ran for awhile without a problem and barely anyone there. The beach a very short walk from the house and primarily sandy! Highly recommend this home and the owners were easy to connect with as well ask questions of. The driveway had plenty of parking and the yard was expansive/ flat which was great for a round of frisbee and croquet! show more show less

    Growing up in Priscilla Beach (PB) was an amazing experience! Building sandcastles with my grandparents, taking a dip in crystal clear water on a hot day, spending time with our extended beach family and developing a passion for coastal landscapes. PB is truly an oasis of salty breezes, sandy feet and family. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing our family's love for these homes and location. We love living in PB!



    What is special about this property?
    The layouts , Fenced in yards, Proximity & Sandy Beach! The layouts of our homes offers comfortable and clean new spaces. Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and updated bathrooms. Our homes are located a short walk to the beach in a private beach neighborhood that embraces everyone as family! Relaxing Ocean Breezes, Beach Clubhouse/Basketball courts, Sense of Place and community when you spend any time in Priscilla Beach. So close to so much yet peaceful, tranquil and never crowded. The Cape without the Traffic!

    What is special about your town?
    A 7-8 minute drive to downtown Plymouth and Plymouth Harbor. A 20 minute ferry ride to Provincetown ( which you can see from the house and beach on most days ) and a quick trip to the Sagamore Bridge. Enjoy Red Sox games, Museum of Science or Museum of Fine Arts by taking the commuter rail into Boston and brewery or distillery tours ( Boston and Plymouth!). Located ~45- 50 minutes drive to Boston. Low traffic neighborhood, friendly neighbors, miles of sandy beach at low tide, boating access and designated swim areas for the kids! I grew up on this street! The beach is also dog friendly through out the year ( cant find on the Cape during the summer) and a wonderful attribute!!
