Nestled in a serene neighborhood, Colleen's home exudes comfort and charm from every corner. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the immaculate cleanliness of the house. Every room was meticulously prepared, inviting relaxation and tranquility. One of the highlights of Colleen's property is the fenced-in yard, providing a sense of privacy and security. The addition of a grill and firepit elevated the outdoor experience, offering the perfect setting for al fresco dining or cozy evenings under the stars. The proximity to the beach was another standout feature. Just a short stroll away, the sandy shores beckoned with promises of sun-soaked relaxation and refreshing dips in the ocean. This is our third time staying at this house for multiple weeks straight and it was magical once again. Everything is thought of. Super clean and well maintained. Owner is a great communicator with wonderful area recommendations that change based on season and events in town. She also cares about guests having a enjoyable stay. The home is spacious with high ceilings, great appliances, hot showers inside and the outside shower too! The yard is large with a full fence and terrific for little ones. The plantings are gorgeous! Captain's Cottage was the perfect home away from home for our family. This beautiful house sits on a quiet corner lot with a beautiful backyard to sit and have your morning cup of coffee among the lush greenery.

The house came equipped with everything you would need, linens, cooking essentials, beach chairs, toys etc. It is perfectly situated for a short walk to Priscilla beach where we spent almost every day of our trip. The quiet, quaint community is filled with beautiful homes and amazing neighbors who we chatted with and were happy to offer us use of their beach gear if we chose.

Captains Cottage is easily accessible to downtown Plymouth, Rte 3A, Rte 3 and was central to all of our daily jaunts. While on our stay we went to a Red Sox/Yankees game, visited the Museum of Science, walked Castle Island and ate at Sullivan's, visited the Union Oyster House for dinner and walked over to the North End for dessert at Mike's Pastry. Our son spent days fishing at Myles Standish Forest, we visited with friends in Carver and ate at some of our favorite places in Plymouth, Manomet and Middleboro...we are originally from the area and have since moved away due to my Husband's job, so this home was PERFECT for all our needs.

Working with Colleen was a breeze! She is very attentive and quick to respond, contract was easy to follow with no hidden fees or charges.

This beach house was very clean. All linens/towels/ bedding included and spotlessly new ( I am very picky about this). Kitchen is new with brand new appliances and fully stocked. Backyard is private and fenced in completely. Location is perfect, steps to relaxing expansive private beach that allows dogs year round. Huge plus as all beaches on Cape after Memorial Day don't. Quick trip to downtown Plymouth with great restaurants and tons of activities for adults as well as littles. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
Central AC was wonderful and flawless in the heat wave we experienced. House is well cared for and well maintained we have stayed twice before and look forward to coming back. Not your typical summer cottage as the owners are very detail oriented for comfort/ relaxation and always adding new features to the setup. Homeowners love this area and home which shows in what great hosts they are! Highly recommend show more show less

Fantastic sandy beach. Easy walk with kids and dog. Plenty of parking and lots of amenities offered. Stocked up beach house. Beach was never crowded even on such a popular beach week with wonderful weather. Large yard great for families. Plenty of room for 6. We stayed for the 3rd/4th of July and it was the best experience. The 3rd of July fireworks on Priscilla Beach for just residents and guests staying, were spectacular. Best we have seen in awhile and better than the Town of Plymouth's in the harbor. show more show less

This house is fully equipped with all amenities needed for a great beach day and relaxing vacation. Home is new. Close to a private beach that our dog riley could run on and enjoy. The backyard if fenced in which was fantastic for our group. Comfortable. Quiet location.

We had a fantastic stay at Colleen's Beach house. Everything is as advertised BRAND NEW!! Our holiday was perfect in this home. Close to everything in Plymouth. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of space and high end touches in this home. The beds were comfortable. The linens were super comfy. The beach is a short walk from the house. The yard was awesome for our kids and dog as it is completely secure and fenced in. Plenty of parking. Chef's kitchen and worked well for cooking a large dinner for 6. Our family enjoyed a delightful week of vacation bliss in Plymouth, MA. The house was very accommodating for our group of 6 people. The fenced in yard and fire pit were great to use in the cooler time frame of our visit! The short walk to the beach was a nice perk and large lobster pot for a lobster boil. The close proximity to downtown Plymouth, grocery stores, restaurants and the train station to travel to Boston for a trip to the Wang Theater. The Priscilla Beach Theater is also a street over, easy walk. We highly recommend this rental, and would enjoy staying here, again! show more show less
