Beautiful White Horse Beach Cottage/Walk to Beach

We had such a great weekend here! The house was cozy, clean, and just the right size for us. We really enjoyed having a comfortable place to relax after spending time at the beach, which was such a short walk away. Everything we needed was there, and the location was perfect. We'd definitely stay here again!

The shack is adorable and cozy. Whether you get a sunny day, or a rainy day, the house is a great place to be. It has multiple points of access to the beach and places in Manomet such as Marylou's, Clements and the Package Store. Everything you could want in a beach house!

As soon as we arrived, we were delighted with how clean and inviting this cozy cottage is. The kids took right off for the beach and we anjoyed a glass of wine on the front porch before we even unpacked. The bedrooms were just perfect and the kids loved the captain's beds. There were a couple hot nights but the fans, ocean breeze and AC units managed just fine. The cute blue kitchen is so well stocked. We had everything we needed. Michelle sent us a list of everything at the cottage for fun and to help us with not overpacking which was awesome. Everything you could need and more. The center of Plymouth was so nice to walk, shop and get ice cream. Rode our bikes to Gellars 1 mile away one night for ice cream too. Also rode our bikes along the Cape Cod Canal one day which was only a 15 minute drive away. Ask Michelle for parking options there. There is a grocery store, ice cream, CVS, liquor store and restaurants right in Manomet. I will not hesitate to stay there again and we even reserved a week for next season already as we could only grab a spot that was put together at the very end of the season for us. Do not hesitate.

We loved it the minute we walked in the door!! It has clearly been updated recently. You've struck the perfect balance of really nicely done, yet also super comfortable. The fan downstairs kept the first floor nice and cool, even on the hottest two days of the summer. The AC splits in the upstairs bedrooms worked perfectly for comfortable sleeping.

The kitchen was so well equipped. There wasn't a single thing that we needed that we couldn't find. We ate breakfast and dinner in the back yard in the beautiful garden, and we read out on the front porch in the afternoons. The location of the house is a super easy walk to the beach, where we found ourselves for at least part of every single day.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! I was so sad to leave, and hope to be back next year.

This WHB cottage is the perfect vacation cottage. From the moment you walk in you feel right at home. The house is lovely and offers all the comforts of home. The kitchen is well stocked - and the bedrooms are large and comfortable. Big bonus having a washer and dryer available in the basement along with plenty of beach chairs, beach wagon, coolers and floats! Access to the beach is a short walk down the end of the road where you will find the newly painted Flag Rock and sea glass! We loved our time at the WHB cottage and plan to come back again and again!

We stayed for 5 months during the Winter and it was delightful! The house was spotless, newly renovated and the kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were super comfy and spacious, and we loved the openness of the dining and living room to hang out.

Michelle was a wonderful host. She was super responsive when we had questions and when the dryer broke she arranged for a new one within a couple of days.

We loved the 5 minute walk to White Horse Beach and the Mass Audubon conservation area nearby. Downtown Plymouth is about 10-15 minutes and there's lots of restaurants, shops, music venues, and art gallery's to explore.

My family of five had a great time staying at the property. The cottage is fully stocked with anything you need for cooking or hanging out at the beach. Everything was very clean and looked even better than in the pictures. Our three boys LOVE the built-in beds. We appreciated that all areas of the house had seats for 6 people but there was still enough space for everyone to have some quiet time to themselves if needed. Check In/Out was very easy and owners were always responsive.

As former Plymouth residents, we try to return at least once a year. This was by far our favorite stay! The house was extremely clean and well-equipped with everything we could need—from beach chairs, umbrellas, and wagons to plenty of games for children and adults of all ages. We loved sitting on the front porch every morning and evening. It was such a treat to be able to walk to the beach in under five minutes. We already can't wait to come back next year!

Even in a short period, we were impressed by how much the cottage felt like home. Amazing attention to detail that showcases the owner's love for this home.

We had a great time at the White Horse Beach Cottage. We walked to the beach every day. The bed was super comfy with great bedding. The couch and chairs were great to lounge in. The porch was so great to sit and drink our coffee and read and write. We used the grill our first night- perfect table in the back yard. Loved the outdoor shower. Even a wagon to bring chairs to the beach! they really thought of everything. Can't wait to go back.

My family of 4 had the best week. We'd been coming to White Horse Beach for years, but when my parents sold their beach house last year, we wanted to be able to squeeze some more time out of the place we loved. When we came across Michelle's home we knew it was the right place for us - And when we arrived, we were not disappointed. The home was immaculate, updated and had all the touches of home you could hope for. Our two children loved the kids room with the private twin beds that were built into the wall and each had their own curtain for privacy. The other bedroom was a peaceful oasis, perfect for our relaxing week at the beach. There were games, beach toys and all the things needed to keep our kids busy. We literally only had to bring our personal items. The Porch was the highlight for us adults. While the back yard was nicely appointed, I don't think we sat out there more than once or twice - We spent every night out there enjoying the breeze from the water.

Not our first time renting in the area yet this lovely, newly appointed home suited us perfectly for our sisters only vacation. The outdoor areas are cozy and perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The bunk style guest room is decorated with charm and function, and gave us a fun sleep over feeling. The pull out couch in the living room was comfy for our sister that preferred to leave the stairs to the rest of us. Beach days found us with every amenity at hand with just a short walk to the beach, a top prerequisite. The outdoor shower was a plus as was the selection of board games and books. We happily gifted some beach treasure in the available vase and around the yard. Highly recommend this home with its quiet lovely neighborhood, nice neighbors and attentive owners.

We had a wonderful vacation at the White Horse beach cottage! The home was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. The beach toys, chairs, umbrella and towels were greatly appreciated as were as the coffee pods and snacks too! Everything you need for a fun beach day was provided for you. We all had an amazing time. It was my first time renting a Beach House and I have always loved White Horse Beach so yup!! A great choice. The house itself was beautiful inside and out especially since having been recently renovated. Everything you could possibly need was supplied. Beach chairs, umbrellas, games, too much too list. Out door shower. Awesome.

If you want a great beach and house for a week or two. This is it!!

We absolutely loved everything about renting this newly remodeled cottage. Just a short walk to the beach it also comes stocked with everything you need from towels to all beach equipment, bedding on all 5 beds and stocked kitchen taking the stress completely out of packing. The outdoor shower, backyard grill and laundry were also a great feature! Also the kids room was comfy and fun. The owners put special touches on everything and really took the time to reach out and see what our family needed. The porch was very peaceful and the street very quiet. We will defiantly be renting here again soon! We loved the comfy home feel mixed with a little cottage and hotel!

Walking into this lovely beach cottage was more than we could have asked for. Beautifully decorated and pristinely clean! Welcoming and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need to have an amazing week by the beach! The upstairs bedroom is a must-see with four beds uniquely designed to make you feel as if you are on a cruise ship! We had an amazing week and would love to come back every summer! The best of both worlds: relaxation, fun, and plenty to venture out and see if you want. Michelle is a delight and easy to communicate with anytime! Don't miss out on this one!!
