Popponesset Beach (Poppy) is a private beach community with 560 homes. This is a child safe community with many activities for the family. Community house has arts and crafts, baseball, basketball, dances and a playground with pirate ship for the little ones. You can go biking, fishing, jogging or just go to the beach from this 3 bedroom house.

House is located 8 houses from the beach. Kitchen has granite counters, top line appliance, trash compactor, Central air and central vac and many fans. There is one full bathroom with washer and dryer and also a outside shower for after beach time. There are 3 bedrooms, first has a full bunk bed with trundle , second has Queen bed , third has a Adjustable Queen bed with Wall mounted TV and all have high end mattresses. Kitchen has granite counters with bar set up, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, filtered water and ice maker and dishwasher. Off kitchen is a 14 by 20 family room with 11 foot ceilings and a dinning area for 6. Head to a 14 by 20 deck that has patio furniture, dining for 6 with a additional 3 seat bar area and a New stainless steel grill. Popponessett is 8 miles to Falmouth and 11 miles to Hyannis. Located 5 miles to Mashpee Commons. Golf and public boat launches close by. Easy trips to the Islands. Make this a vacation of memories. We are looking to rent to single families.

    Great House

    This is our third year renting here. Great house in the perfect location. House has everything you need. The addition of the queen bed in the second bedroom this year is fantastic. Really has upgraded the whole experience. Brian and Eugenia are terrific hosts.

    Great Vacation Rental!

    We have rented this house for the past couple of years. Can't say enough about this property! It's clean, updated and only a few houses down from the beach. Brian is great to work with and very quick to respond to answer any questions. We love this vacation rental and will definitely be back next year!

    Great Stay

    We had a great stay at this wonderful rental. It is close enough to the beach to walk back whenever you need to. The deck is great and plenty of space for everyone. Brian was great to rent from, easy to contact and quick to respond. I had a few questions once we arrived and he got back to me within minutes. The house is clean and updated throughout. Having central air accessible came in handy this past summer as we stayed during a heat wave! We highly recommend this rental if you are looking in the Popponesset area. show more show less

    Nice time

    Thank you Brian for your quick response to all my email inquiries. Your home is lovely and newly renovated with all the amenities of home! I loved your location to the beach. It was only a minute walk so I could come back and make lunch for the family. I would certainly recommend it to others who would like to rent in New Seabury and love being close to the ocean.     Great house for family with kids

    This house is great for a family with kids visiting Cape Cod. It is a short one block walk to the beach. Everything in the house is new and c lean. Owner quickly responded to any questions we had. Outdoor shower was nice for use after the beach. We enjoyed all the activities offered at the Popponesset Community house (baseball, soccer, crafts, dances, etc.). Close to Popponesset Market Place. Short trip to Falmouth/Woods Hole, providing easy access to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket ferries. Great house in a great town! We would definitely stay here again. show more show less
