Enjoy the comforts of this beach cottage within walking distance of all the amenities that Popponesset has to offer: Private Beach (1/3 mile walk), Community Center and Marketplace, all within walking distance. Renters can choose from among many beautiful, private beaches, including ''The Spit,'' which offers bay/ocean swimming and plenty of sea life to explore. Kids will enjoy mini golf, ice cream and live music at the Popponesset Marketplace. The Popponesset Community Center offers daily softball, soccer games, crafts, movie nights, and bingo. For the adults, enjoy walking and running trails, shopping, coffee and sandwiches at the Marketplace, food & drinks at the Raw Bar, the Marketplace Cafe, the Coffee Bah, and the Popponesset Inn.

This is a very comfortable, updated home with central A/C and outdoor eating on two porches. You will enjoy recently-purchased outdoor sectional furniture, a dining table, and an outdoor shower. Bedrooms have been recently painted and build-in closets added. Bedrooms and living room have new furniture, a new refrigerator completes the recently-updated kitchen! Renter linens and towels and bath towels were replaced in summer 2025.

Our cottage offers a 10 minute drive to Mashpee Commons, which offers great shopping and night life. It is also an easy 25-30 minute drive to Falmouth and Woods Hole.

Once you come to Popponesset, you will never want to vacation anywhere else!
