Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage on a quiet, tree-lined cul de sac. Located in Popponesset and a short 4-minute walk to private Popponesset Beach.

This cottage has central air conditioning, Xfinity WIFI, Smart TV w/streaming Spectrum service, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, game room with futon, outdoor shower, beach buggy, and beach chairs.

Enjoy your mornings and evenings in the screened-in 3 season room with ceiling fan and sliding doors. This room opens onto a large, elevated deck with comfortable deck furniture, Weber grill and gas fire pit.

A short walk or bike ride from the cottage you can find Popponesset Beach, Deans Pond, as well as walking and bike trails. You"ll have access to the Popponesset Community Center where there are lots of organized events for kids such as crafts, baseball games, dances, and movie nights. Our home is a short walk to the Popponesset Marketplace, which offers free outdoor music during the summer. You will also find the famous Raw Bar and the oceanside Popponesset Inn. The Marketplace also offers bike rental, mini golf, a market, boutiques, pizza, candy, and ice cream shops. We are also just a quick drive to the fabulous Mashpee Commons & the Cape Cod Children"s Museum.

Please note that while we do not allow pets in the house while renting, we do have a dog. Please keep this in mind if you have allergies.

    Beautiful home, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed for our family vacation. Very short walk to the beach. We walked in the door and were greeted by the cutest welcome gift. Frank is super responsive and provided any guidance we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

    This is an ideal Popponesset rental. The house has excellent space; we spent most of our time on the sun porch and deck. It is clean and has every amenity we could want, including central AC for those few overheated days and a large screen smart TV. We loved the outdoor shower.

    It is an easy walk to a lovely sandy beach, over the pond with its ducks, turtle, and light fishing. And for us—with a 3-year-old—the community pirate ship playground was popular.

    The Keanes are great hosts. We will be back! show more show less

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, great for walks, bike rides and exploring. The nearby private association beach was beautiful and definitely a real plus for this rental.The house was as advertised and was very comfortable.

    Given an open staircase this house may not be a great fit for small children, but everyone else will love it!

    Frank, the owner, was extremely easy to work with and was always responsive. He even mailed back a few things my husband left behind.
