On the main level are three bedrooms - #1 Queen Bed, #2 two separate twin beds, and #3 rattan daybed and space for crib. Lower level finished space has second living room, new washer/dryer, and King bed with workspace and half bath. Backyard includes convenient screened porch, wooden deck, new grill and large backyard with outdoor shower!

    Wonderful home & Perfect Location

    We just finished our two week stay at Pineapple Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mashpee.

    Upon arrival, the house was clean and well equipped for an extended stay. This welcoming home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to the community center where there is plenty of activities for kids, can easily walk to the the beach, as well as walk to Poppy Market place. We especially enjoyed early morning walks through all the neighborhoods in Popponesset where you will see several walkers and folks on bikes.

    The cottage itself looks brand new and is furnished & decorated beautifully and I have to say better than I expected! We had plenty of space for the five of us and the family room & half bath on the lower level was an added bonus! There was also additional outdoor space on the screened porch that led out to the deck

    Working with Adam the owner was very easy and he was very responsive to any inquiries we had.

    With that said, I will certainly rent this home again. We loved everything about this home, the location, as well as, the ease of dealing with Adam     show more show less

    We stayed for 9 days and we really enjoyed this place. The location was amazing – we were a short walk to the beach and could easily walk to the marketplace in the evenings for a lobster roll and live music. Beach off of Eliot St was great – lots of kids playing all day near the water. The cottage is very cute – recently renovated and new furniture throughout. It was stocked with everything we'd need for a week away. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation with my wife and newborn daughter. Great escape - Can't wait to go back! show more show less

    Please ask about the amazing beach a short walk away or other activities in the area. I have spent lots of time in the neighborhood with young children and happy to suggest family friendly activities that everyone can enjoy. I love long beach days, but many suggestions for Barnstable County Fair, chartering a fishing boat for the day, ferry to Martha's Vineyard, and cape cod league games! I've also loved all the activities offered at the nearby community center with daily soccer and baseball, a snack bar, art projects, bingo and movie nights!
