9 houses from Bluff Ave beach, a 5-minute walk to Popponesset Spit beach, and a 10-minute drive to South Cape Beach.

The home is in a fantastic location within the charming Popponesset Beach community, adjacent to New Seabury. The first floor includes two bedrooms and a bath; an additional two bedrooms and a bath are on the second floor. The living room and sunroom face an exterior deck. The Nantucket Sound is at the end of the road. Enjoy our side patio for lunchtime and evening meals.

Outdoor shower, laundry, central AC, wifi, linens, towels, and beach chairs are provided.

Popponesset Marketplace is a short walk or bike ride within the community and features shops, dining (Bob’s Raw Bar, the Popponesset Inn, Moto Pizza), ice cream and candy stores, and a small miniature golf course for the kids. Mashpee Commons is 4 miles up the road for rainy days.

    What a wonderful stay!

    We stayed with our family of 6 in early August and had a wonderful time. This beautifully maintained home is just a 5 minute walk to a picturesque private beach in the New Seabury neighborhood of Mashpee (Popponesset). The owners were very responsive to our inquiries and were super easy to work with. All amenities were provided and then some. The four bedrooms were perfect for our family size. The central AC worked very well, which was helpful during the humid days we faced during our stay. We will be back! show more show less

    Escape the heat

    Perfect escape from the heat. Great location in Popponessett. Easy walk to beach, the spit, community center, and market place.
    Short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, movie theater, and bowling. Layout was perfect for family of 5 plus grandparent.
    We enjoyed first cup of coffee on the beach, made breakfast in fully equipped kitchen (has all new appliances, keurig, hot water pot, and toaster oven), packed sandwiches for day at the beach, and enjoyed the fresh seafood at nearby restaurants for dinner.
