We are now in our 14th year of renting our Truro cottage-inspired, free-standing condo. Architect designed construction with hardwood floors throughout is what you will find in this 2 bedroom, full bath, free standing condo located in Beach Point of Truro. 180-degree panoramic views of Pilgrim Lake and The National Seashore dunes is what you will see from every living room and master bedroom window and your front deck. With the high table, chairs and umbrella protection from the sun, you can sit and enjoy hours of these views outside. From the guest bedroom windows, you can sneak peaks of the ocean on the bay side. These views are breathtaking.
There are 10 beaches in Truro alone, so if it is sun you want, you have your choice of pristine places to lay back and soak it all in! Beach permit applications will be on the fridge and we are registered with the town, so a small fee will give you unlimited access to the beaches of your choice.
Access to any private beaches across the street is currently not allowed, although we are less than 2 miles away from gorgeous beaches and only 3 miles to the center of Provincetown for what can only be described as a shoppers mecca with an abundance of jewelry, leather and one of a kind shops not to mention a plethora of restaurants and outside cafes. Rent a boat for fishing, go biking or hiking on beautiful trails, rent a jet ski for loads of fun or play golf at Highland Links Golf course right in Truro. Yes, this beautiful town has its own golf course!
Drive just a little further from the golf course and you are at ''Race Point'', known for some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world, so bring your camera to capture these views. The bike trails will take you through many miles of scenic views for a great workout..The Beach Point area is one of the most desirable locations on the Cape~~quiet and serene...yet, close to anything and everything you want or need to do.
Cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan provide plenty of space for one level living at its best! Ultimate comfort is our goal and we provide everything you need for it here in one place! You will find this condo very bright and uplifting with natural sunlight coming in from every room. A high ceiling fan made of bamboo in the living room and an AC unit will take care of you on the hotter days. A Schlage combination lock will be your method of getting in and out, so there is no hassle of keys and keeping up with them. You will be given a code for your stay and the combination is changed after each rental..
If you want to stay in and cook, everything you need will be found in the fully stocked kitchen....plenty of pots and pans , even Lobster Pots and tons of spices that you are free to use. There will be plenty of room for your groceries in the cabinets that are left empty. You have a gas grill right outside the house behind the front door steps.. With a high top dining table, you will get the full view of the dunes and water while you eat..A full size dishwasher will make the cleanup easy.
From the beautiful vintage chandeliers and Stearns and Foster Terrace Dreams Firm Plush top beds to the Italian leather sectional with plush pillows, you will find complete comfort and serenity in this rental property. Complete with flat Screen TV, cable and wireless internet, DVD, AC, full sized washer/dryer, gas grill and board games for the occasional rainy day.
When we say everything is supplied, we mean it! Your sheets, bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths will be found in the closet outside of the bathroom. There will be plenty of beach towels also provided as well as toilet paper, paper towels and bar soap is also furnished as well. A full size front loading high efficiency washer and dryer combo and all of your laundry needs will be found in the laundry pantry (liquid detergent, pre-treat stain remover and dryer sheets). A hair dryer will be hanging in the bathroom for your use and a first aid kit will be in the laundry pantry. The bathroom door has 5 hooks to hang up towels and the shower has an extra rod for the bathing suits to dry.
This is our chance to share one of the most beautiful places on earth with you. We know you will love Truro, Cape Cod as much as we do..The beaches as well as the miles and miles of lush untouched preserved land provide such a peaceful existence that can sometimes be forgotten about in everyday life. The sunsets and sunrises have to be seen to be believed and the stars from your very own deck will make you want to refresh your school courses in astronomy..We truly want you to come and enjoy our home and love it as much as we do.
