This little slice of heaven is located on Corn Hill on a bluff above your private beach on Cape Cod Bay. It is one of 6 historic cottages and it is a SUNDAY TO SUNDAY rental which means you can avoid the major traffic.

Walk out your front door and down the steps to the beach. The cottage has 2 bedrooms as well as a futon in the living room, so you can sleep 6 people very comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utilities including a microwave and coffee maker. There are views of the water from the porch, living room and dining room. The first floor has the kitchen, dining room and living room as well as a porch. The upstairs has two bedrooms. Kid friendly and near Cape Cod National Seashore as well as artistic Provincetown.

    I have owned this cottage since 1998 when I bought it from a friend. It provides me and those who love this area a cozy and special place to relax and play. It is not fancy but I love it and you will too.

    What is special about this property?
    The best part of this property is the view of Cape Cod bay and the sunsets over Provincetown.

    What is special about your town?
    There is lots to do in Provincetown as well as in Welfleet. Lots of walking trails in Truro, Welfleet and the national seashore. But of course, the beaches are the best and you have a private beach right in front of the cottage.
