Spend a relaxing vacation directly on Beach Point in North Truro. Enjoy spectacular views of Provincetown and Cape Cod Bay. The water is so close you will feel as if you are staying on a cruise ship. The location allows you the peace and quiet of a private beach, but is only 3 miles from Provincetown restaurants, shops and entertainment. The condo is on the Summer Shuttle route, making access to Ptown hassle free.

Our condo, with its great views and location works best for 2 - 3 adults, 2 adults/1 child or 1 adult/2 children. There is only 1 private bedroom upstairs, with a Queen size bed. The single, twin size daybed (sleeps 1) is in a semi-private nook, also upstairs. There is 1 full bath upstairs, 1 half bath downstairs.

The condo is clean, bright, comfortable and airy. There are AC units and ceiling fans in the living room, and in the bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and well appointed. There is a dishwasher and washer & dryer to make vacation chores a breeze. (There is no grill at the condo.)

Blankets, bedspreads and pillows will be provided at the condo.
*Guests need to provide their own bath towels, beach towels and bed sheets (Queen size/Twin size)*

NO SMOKING of any kind allowed. NO PETS of any kind allowed. Assigned parking for one vehicle. Additional parking available.

Note: At high tide, the shore beach disappears under the deck and stairs to the beach are in the water.
