Set back down a long driveway, the three-bedroom home is filled with plenty of natural light and opens to the large backyard boasting an in-ground swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by a large deck and patio with comfortable chairs and lounges, an umbrella, a table, a charcoal grill, gorgeous gardens, and flower pots.
Relax after the beach in the inviting first-floor living room with comfortable couches and chairs, split unit air conditioning, a fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The fully applianced kitchen makes cooking a delight and the separate dining room offers seats for everyone. The main floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, bureau, closet, flat-screen TV, and a full bath. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bath. The lower level offers a family room with a futon couch, and TV plus a full bath with a shower; there is direct access to the outside from this lower level. Great house for gathering family or friends. Relax at the beach and end the day at the pool! This is a Sunday-to-Sunday rental. No Pets.

    First cape stay

    This was our first family trip to the Cape and it and it was absolutely perfect! The location was beautiful, the house was in perfect condition and the pool was fantastic. The information booklet provided for us was great and helped when making quick decisions like where to grab dinner and little day activities.

    Everything plus space!

    This is one of the best rentals we've stayed in. It was clean and well-equipped, and provided us with the space we needed and then some. Instructions were clear and communication was good. The pool was a great attribute but it was shady most of the days and that made the water really cold. Would have been nice to have some pool floats so we didn't have to go in.
    The only small gripe we had was that the bedrooms upstairs got quite warm even with the fans going.

    The grounds were well cared for and the flowers were beautiful! All in all we would highly recommend and hope to stay there again. show more show less

    Beautiful Summer Getaway!

    Our stay here was perfect! The house had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean! After a day at the beach we really enjoyed the pool and grilling!
