Full bath with shower. The front deck has casual furniture, enjoys the afternoon sun, and looks over the large grassy common area. The backyard is charming with a new deck, enclosed outdoor shower, privacy and a garden. There are laundry facilities on the property which encompasses 1.82 landscaped acres. Noons Landing on the Bay is 1.2 miles and Head of the Meadow beach on the Atlantic is 2.2 miles; easy drive to Provincetown or hop on the shuttle bus. Like swimming in a pool? The Harbor Hotel is close by and offers a large pool, a bar & grille for a nominal daily fee, or enjoy their fire pit seating at no fee, this is a shuttle bus stop! Parking for two cars.

    Nice Little Place / Well stocked

    Very cute cottage with a well stocked kitchen including paper towels and toilet paper. Good size fridge. Air conditioner works well, but the night breeze was even better. Loved the back yard and outdoor shower. Quiet neighborhood.

    The cottage very nice well maintained.Cathy and the staff were great.My only dislike was lack of tv channels.The area is very quiet and relaxing.

    Perfect Cottage Getaway

    The cottage is cozy and clean. Has everything you would need for a week away. Love the outdoor shower. It's a wonderful little community of cottages. Only a few minutes from Head of the Meadows Beach and Coast Guard Beach (our favorites). Would definitely stay again and recommend! Thanks for the coffee & tea!!

    Comfy Cottage

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Great location to the other towns on the Cape. We loved the solitude of the cottage yet close enough to friendly neighbors in nearby cottages.

    The cottage provided all we needed to rest, relax and feel at home. Checking In was flawless as well as Check Out. The management was so helpful and accommodating to us. We definitely will stay again!

    My biggest complaint would be the lack of tv channels. It was difficult with the weather being as crappy as it was to only have pbs and qvc and ion to watch. Channels and service kept coming in and out. Other complaint would be check out time. Thats too early. Between checking out and a new renter coming in at 3, it doesnt take 6 hours to clean that cottage. Its taking away half a day in regards to vacation time.It almost makes sense to leave fri night to avoid the rush out on sat, morning. Besides that Ive had to clean it anyway when check in.
