Privately situated in the Whitman House Cottage complex, the three-bedroom home encompasses three levels with comfortable space for your Cape escape along with a large deck featuring a grille, comfy outside furnishings including tables, chairs, and umbrella-all this is highlighted by potted plants. The main living space offers a nice living room with comfortable couches and chair, TV; the adjacent dining area seats all guests and the kitchen boasts recent updates along with a peninsula counter with seating. Step right out to the deck from this level! Additionally, there is a half bath on this level with a handy stackable washer/dryer. The lower level offers two bedrooms, a sitting room and a full bath. The upper level features the main bedroom suite with a queen bed in the large room, TV, office space with desk, closets, and a large full bath. Mature trees on the property block you from the nearby association tennis courts and playground. Beach chairs provided for guests, outdoor shower. Linens and towels are not provided, however, ask us about linen rentals.
Walk to Whitman House Tavern and Restaurant for dinner or Sweet & Savory which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, baked goods plus their ice cream shop. Nearby is Truro Central Village where you'll find Cape Tip Seafood, Perry's Farm Stand, The Box Lunch for breakfast and lunch plus Fuller's Package Store. A convenient bus shuttle takes you to Provincetown. Ten-minute drive to Highland Gold Links or you can easily drive to Wellfleet which is about 10 minutes away. Several launching areas for kayaks and canoes are a short distance from the house. There is no longer a pool.
