Located just 150" from the water with stunning views over the bay, this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation. Spend the day on the sand, walk to the mouth of Pamet Harbor, and take in spectacular sunsets each night.

The home has an "upside down" layout, with the bedrooms on the first floor and living on the second. Open the windows and enjoy the bay breezes! There are two full bathrooms in the house, plus a washer and dryer. The upstairs living area is large and open with vaulted ceilings and sliders onto the upper deck with gas grill and outdoor seating. The western facing views over the bay make for stunning sunsets, and there are gorgeous uninterrupted views to the northwest across the natural Truro seaside landscape. Enjoy the scenery out on the large upper deck with a glass of wine and some fresh caught fish on the grill. Fish off the jetty or right on the beach - can"t get any fresher! Fishing licenses are available online here. <br /> <br /> A 100" level boardwalk leads to the cottage"s private stretch of the beach, where generally the water has little or no waves, making it perfect for all your favorite water sports and great for little children. Paddle board, fish, sail, swim and kayak right off the private beach - bring your own or ask us for rental recommendations! The Pamet River and Pamet Harbor are a pleasant walk along the beach, and beachcombers will find all sorts of treasures along the way. Provincetown is 10 miles/15 minutes away, Ballston Beach and other ocean beaches are just 3 miles/10 minutes across town, and Wellfleet is 7 miles/15 minutes away.
